It would be a huge mistake on my part if I didn t express appreciation for the effort, leadership and professionalism that Adam Fauer has provided to our Chapter for not only this past year as Chapter President but for the last 10 years as a volunteer to our Chapter. Adam, you are a tough act to follow. Some of our Board Members and Committee Chairs are gearing up for a visit to the city of brotherly love for our ASHRAE Region III Chapter s Regional Conference (CRC). Philadelphia will play host to our regions chapters on August 18 th, 19 th and 20 th. There will be several excellent Technical Sessions available to everyone. Search online (http://region3.ashraeregions.org/reg_3cd.htm) and/or in this newsletter for more details and take advantage of this opportunity. A link to information on our CRC is also available on our Baltimore Chapter website (www.ashrae -balto.org). Craig Parks started planning early and is continuing to work hard in an effort to provide us with a successful Product Show next month. Details on Technical Sessions, and Booth Rentals and Sponsorships for our 7 th Annual Product Show are included in this newsletter. Last year the venue was changed to the Radisson in Timonium. It is a more appropriate venue for this type of event and the feedback was very positive. If you would like to participate in this year s Product Show, please contact Craig Parks, our President-Elect. There are several opportunities for you to contribute to our Chapter. We are in need of Committee Chairs and Assistant Chairs. Please reach out to myself or any Board Member or Chairperson if you would like to get involved. Baltimore remains the best Chapter because we have the best members and volunteers. I hope to see everyone in Timonium in September! Dave Reese
