INSTRUCTIONS 1. Choose the type of room you wish to stay (quad, triple, double, or single) 2. Confirm your reservation by sending the ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION PACKAGE to events@aseactivesports.com. For family and friends, please submit your reservations with the team. 3. A reservation email and e-invoice will be sent within five [5] working days. Please make a full payment according to the payment details stated on the invoice. 4. Reservation is confirmed only when the full payment is received, which a confirmation email will be sent to you. 5. Payment options: Payment is available only through Telegraphic/Wire Transfer. All bank charges are to be borne by the payee and an additional international transaction fee of SGD10.00/transfer applies. 6. All cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested. There are no refunds for early check outs and no shows. Limited rooms are available. Rooms may fill up prior to published deadlines. Rooms are available on first come first served basis. TRANSPORTATION ASIA CHEERLEADING INVITATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2018 TRANSPORTATION PACKAGE All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, per trip (one-way), per bus, taxes included. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Waiting Allowance Time There is a 20-minute allowance of waiting time from the official pick up time. If the waiting time exceed beyond the 20 minutes, the transport vendor reserves the rights to either: 1. Replace the vehicle for another vehicle to stand in the trip; or 2. Claim for compensation of 20% to 100% of the amount of the trip. Drop-off Venue at Sentose For trip to Sentosa, no additional charges for drop-off at coach bay less the passenger admission charges (SGD2.00 per head). Also for trip to Resort World Sentosa (RWS), passengers must be able to prove that they have purchase ticket to RWS facilities like hotel / USS to avoid SGD40.00 entry fee Cancellation Policy Last minute cancellation may subject to cancellation penalty of up to 50-100% of the amount of the trip, depending on the notification lead time. The breakdown is as follows: Notification Period More than 24 hours Less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours Less than 12 hours When the coach has reached the pick up point Penalty Nil 50% of the amount of the trip 75% of the amount of the trip Full payment of the trip Submission of Transportation Charter Form By submission of the Transportation Reservation Form or last minute reservation via SMS / email, the passengers and charterer agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned above.
