DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS Individuals - full payment must be received at least 15 days before the date of the first service. Groups - 50% deposit has to be paid 30 days before the group arrival, remaining payment to be agreed. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Only written cancellations are accepted. No cancellation fee is charged for services cancelled 30 days or more prior to client s arrival. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival, fees are to be paid : 30-14 days before arrival - 50% 13-7 days before arrival - 75% less than 7 days before arrival - 100% CLAIMS Every eventual insufficient service has to be communicated with OK TOURS immediately during the stay of the group in Slovakia. If any claim occurs after the end of the tour, it has to be submitted to OK TOURS in written form within 3 days after the departure of the group. Claims will be ignored if these terms are not followed.
