SEMINARI LIDERA I TRENERA / SEMINARS FOR LEADERS AND COACHES CROSS CULTURES PROJECT AS- SOCIATION -OPEN FUN FOOTBALL SCHOOLS /OTVORENE ZABAVNE ŠKOLE FUDBALA-NOGOMETA BOSNA I HERCEGOVINA, JULI 2015 IZVJEŠTAJ / REPORT

Uvod Introduction Slaveći 18. godinu implementacije projekta Otvorenih zabavnih škola fudbala u Bosni i Hercegovini, zvanično smo započeli projektnu sezonu implementacijom Seminara za lidere i trenere CCPA OFFS BiH. BANJA VRUĆICA, 23-26/07/2015 JAHORINA 30.07/02.08/2015 Celebrating the 18th year of implementation of the Open Fun Football Schools project in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we have offi cially started project season by implementing Seminars for Leaders and Coaches CCPA OFFS BH. Ukupno 10 ovogodišnjih Otvorenih zabavnih škola fudbala, odnosno timova za implementaciju, posjetilo je dva Seminara za lidere i trenere: u Banja Vrućici, 23-26. 07., hotel Kardial i na Jahorini, od 30.07-02.08., hotel Bistrica. Seminarima je prisustvovalo ukupno 165 osoba, lidera, trenera, instruktora i osoblja. Total of 10 Open Fun Football Schools, the teams to implement, participated in two Seminars for Leaders and Coaches : in Banja Vrućica, 23-26.07., in hotel Kardial and in Jahorina, 30.07-02.08., in hotel Bistrica. Seminars were attended by 165 persons leaders, coaches, instructors and staff.

Program Program Seminara bazirao se na našem Integrisanom pristupu fudbalu. Još prethodne godine, na našim Seminarima, uveli smo koncept Glava Srce Vještine. Dugogodišnji razvoj Teorije dječjeg fudbala, doveo nas je do sveobuhvatnog, integrisanog pristupa u radu s djecom, koji nalaže da se dijete posmatra kao kompletno biće, ne samo kao igrač i da se u radu s djecom moraju razvijati ne samo fi zičke već i njegove psihičke i socijalne vještine. Tako, naša svaka vježba mora uključivati Glavu, srce i noge, odnosno, svaka vježba mora biti dizajnirana tako da dijete mora upotrijebiti intelekt ( glava), mora biti zabavna ( srce) i na kraju, mora razvijati vještine ( noge). Seminari su u potpunosti posvećen razvoju novih vježbi,diskusiji i ocjeni kvaliteta vježbi prema Integrisanom pristupu fudbalu. Svi treneri su imali blok sa radnim listovima, koji im je omogućio da ocjenjuju prezentovane vježbe te sugerišu poboljšanja, ukoliko je neki element nedostajao. Program had a practical and theoretical part. Both Seminars were opened by traditional Bon Bon Cup. Seminar program was based on our Integrated football approach. Already during last years Seminars, we have introduced our Head- Heart - Skills concept. Many years in developing the Theory of children s football has lead us to comprehensive approach to work with children, that dictates to have a holistic approach to the child, where child is seen as more than a player and working with a child, one must develop not only his/hers physical but also mental and social skills.hence, every exercise we practice must include Head, heart and legs, meaning each has to be designed in a way that stimulates child s intellect ( head), has to be fun ( heart) and has to develop physical skills ( legs). Seminars were dedicated to development of new skills, discussion and rating the quality of the exercises according to the Integrated football approach. All coaches had note books with specially printed working sheers, which they could use to rate presented exercises and suggest improvements, if an element was missing.

Dio programa Seminara posvećen je i predavanju o zaštiti djece, te, u skladu sa SSP principima projekta, educirao učesnike kako prepoznati probleme kod djece, kako reagovati i povezati se sa drugim članovima mreže, institucijama i odgovornima. Posebno zanimljiva činjenica, jeste da je ove godine uključen veliki broj novih, mladih trenera. Povratkom nekoliko starih opština/općina, u projekat na Seminarima smo dobili veliki broj novih učesnika, njih čak 55. Program seminara je stoga prilagođen i novim učesnicima, koji su upoznati sa principima projekta, načinom organizovanja škole i ostalim važnim temama koje treba da znaju. Iskorištena je prilika i prezentovano novoosnovano Udruženje Otvorene Zabavne Škole. Učesnici su pozvani da popune pristupnice i učlane se u Udruženje, što je veliki broj njih i uradio. Udruženje tako već ima preko 100 članova! Part of the program was dedicated to education on child safety. According to our SSP * prinicples, we educated participants on how to identify a problem, how to react and how to mobilize other network members, institutions and responsible authorities. Specially interesting fact is that this year we had a lot of new, young coaches. Comeback of few old municipalities in project brought fresh people to seminar, 55 them. Hence, Seminar program was adapted to them as well, and all new participants were introduced to project principles, ways to organize a school and other relevant subjects. We ceased the opportunity to present a newly formed Association Open Fun Schools. Participants were invited to join the Association, and a vast number of them did so. Hence, there are already over 100 members in our Association.

Posebna pažnja je posvećena dokumentaciji, izvještavanju i monitoringu škola ove godine, te planiranju posjeta gostiju. Takođe, razgovaralo se i o sportskoj opremi i činjenici da je sve teže obezbijediti puni paket sportske opreme za jednu školu fudbala, te gdje to postavlja naš projekat u odnosu na pristup lokalnim zajednicama i institucijama vlasti. Zaključeno je da projekat još uvijek donosi mnogo više u lokalnu zajednicu, od onoga što ona uloži, ali da treba biti transparentiji i informisati lidere na vrijeme, da bi pregovarali blagovremeno i sa pravim podacima. Poseban problem, koji je izražen ove godine na Seminarima, je nedostatak štampanog priručnika. Kancelarija OFFS je formirala mailing listu za sve one koji žele priručnik u elektronskom formatu. Zaključeno je da bi priručnik trebalo doraditi, spojiti sa novom Brošurom o integrisanom fudbalu i razmotriti najbolji način elektronske distribucije istog (možda čak i mobilne aplikacije). Special attention was dedicated to documentation, reporting and monitoring of the schools this year, as well as visits of the guests. Also, we discussed the sports equipment and the fact that it is harder to provide a full package of the equipment needed for the OFFS implementation, and where does this fact put us towards local authorities. It is concluded that local communities still get a lot more for what they invest, but we must be transparent and on time, so leaders have information to negotiate upon. Special problem, that was really emphasized this year is the lack of printed Manual. Offi ce OFFS has formed a mailing list of those who want to receive the e-version of the Manual. It is concluded that Manual needs to be updated, linked to the new Brochure on Integrated football approach and the best way of electronic distribution should be found ( maybe even mobile app).

Praktični dio programa odvijao se prema planu i na veliko zadovoljstvo mladih učesnika. Velika količina pozitivne energije, zabave i smijeha pratila je stanice i rotacije. Osoblje CCPA OFFS je nezavisno pratilo rad i ocjenjivalo rad trenera i instruktora, sugerišući dodatne elemente. Na kraju praktičnih vježbi, ukupno su ocjenjivani i instruktori i treneri. Na svakom Seminaru implementirano je ukupno 12 rotacija, 3 puta po 4,od čega su prve četiri implemetirali instruktori. Bazirano na prijašnjim angažmanima i aktivnostima u projektu, promovisali smo tri lidera/trenera u instruktore: Adnan Čupina, Adis Bešić i Muhamed Čović, dio su instruktorskog tima. Oni su pokazali veoma dobre vještine tokom testnih seminara, a najvažnije, u potpunosti su prihvatiti fi lozofi ju Integrisanog pristupa fudbalu. Program je na oba Seminara završen zajedničkom svečanom večerom uz muziku. Practical part of Seminars was done as planned and to the satisfaction of young participants. A lot of positive energy, fun and laughter followed all stations and rotations. CCPA OFFS staff followed all stations and ranked the work of coaches and instructors, independently, and gave suggestions according. In the end of practical work, all instructors and coaches were given a grade. Each Seminar had 12 rotations, 3 times per 4, out of which 4 were implemented by instructors. Based on the previous engagements and activity in the program, we have promoted three leaders/coaches into instructors : Adnan Čupina, Adis Bešić and Muhamed Čović. They all showed very good skills during the trial Seminars, and most importantly, they fully embraced the Integrated football philosophy. Program, at both Seminars, ended with joint dinner and music.
