SCRISOAREA DE REANGAJARE Va rugam sa ne trimiteti scanat o copie dupa scrisoarea de reangajare pentru imbarcarea curenta in termen de maxim 2 saptamani dupa terminarea contractului, mentionand in acelasi e-mail disponibilitatea / nedisponibilitatea d-voastra conform scrisorii primite si atasate. In maxim 2 zile de la primirea copiei scrisorii de la d-voastra, va vom trimite un formular referitor la valabilitatea documentelor si confirmarea hotelului, formular pe care trebuie sa-l completati, datati si semnati si returnati la admin@protos.ro cu cel putin 1 luna inaintea datei de imbarcare. 2. PROCESAREA DOCUMENTELOR NECESARE REIMBARCARII Conform cerintelor Companiei Carnival Cruise Lines, documenele de mai jos trebuie sa fie valabile minim 6 luni de la data reimbarcarii: Pasaport Viza C1D Evaluarea medicala Carnetul de marinar Panamez Carnetul de marinar romanesc (daca este cazul) In cazul in care, de la ultima imbarcare, ati refacut / innoit unul sau mai multe din documentele mai mentionate mai jos, va rugam sa trimiteti copii la S.C. Protos s.r.l. Pasaport Viza C1D Evaluarea medicala Certificat Basic Safety Training Carnetul de marinar Panamez / Certificatul temporar / dovada depunerii aplicatiei PSB la bord Certificatul de competenta pentru pozitia de Motorman sau Bosun Carnetul de marinar romanesc (daca este cazul)
A. In cazul in care trebuie sa reinnoiti documentele necesare reimbarcarii, gasiti in randurile de mai jos detaliile de urmat: 1. EVALUAREA MEDICALA Trebuie efectuata cu minim 6 saptamani inainte de data de imbarcare. Contactati una din clinicile acreditate de Carnival si efectuati programare. In termen de 48 de ore la efectuarea programarii va rugam sa ne comunicati prin e-mail data si clinica la care veti face evaluarea medicala In termen de 5 zile lucratoare de la data efectuarii analizelor va rugam sa ne comunicati prin e-mail statutul dvs. medical, asa cum v-a fost comunicat de catre clinica (apt fara restrictii, apt cu restrictii, inapt sau dosar medical in procesare). In cazul in care statutul dvs. medical se schimba trebuie sa ne comunicati acest lucru in 24 de ore de la primirea informatiei de la clinica medicala. In cazul in care primim aprobarea dvs. medicala de la Compania angajatoare / Clinica acreditata de Carnival Cruise Lines va vom comunica acest lucru prin e-mail. In cazul in care primiti dvs. va rugam sa trimiteti aprobarea prin e-mail in termen de 24 de ore de la primirea acesteia. In termen de 72 de ore de la primirea aprobarii medicale va rugam sa ne trimiteti copii complete dupa toate fisele si rezultatele analizelor medicale primite de la clinica atat scanate prin e-mail, la admin@protos.ro precum si copii fizice alb/negru, prin posta recomandata, curier sau aduse personale. 2. APLICARE PENTRU VIZA C1D Intrati pe link-ul de mai jos si urmati intocmai instructiunile http://romania.usembassy.gov Comunicati-ne prin e-mail, la admin@protos.ro, data programarii la viza in termen de 24 de ore de la data efectuarii programarii. In termen de 5 zile lucratoare de la data aplicarii la viza va rugam sa ne trimiteti o copie a vizei. 3. APLICARE PENTRU VIZELE MCV si EVisitor Turist ( informatii de urmat doar in cazul in care vasul pe care va imbarcati este in Australia) Detaliile sunt la finalul acestui document (ultimele 3 pagini).
Comunicati-ne prin e-mail, la admin@protos.ro, data programarii la viza in termen de 24 de ore de la data trimitetii aplicatiei online In termen de 2 zile lucratoare de la data primirii vizelor va rugam sa ne trimiteti o copie a vizei. 4. Cursurile IMO Informatiile de mai jos, referitoare la cursurile IMO, sunt de urmat doar in cazul in care ati intrerupt colaborarea cu Compania Carnival Cruise Lines si nu ati mai navigat timp de 1 an de zile sau mai mult. In vederea reimbarcarii trebuie sa urmati programul de instruire in conformitate cu prevederile Sectiunii A VI/1, paragraful 2 a Codului din Conventia international privind standardele de instruire, certificare si efectuarea serviciului mde cart pentru navigator, 1978, cu amendamentele in vigoare. In urma participarii la acest program va trebui sa obtineti certificatul de Pregatire de baza pentru siguranta maritima contactati unul din Centrele pentru Pregatirea si Perfectionare Personalului din Transporturi Navale mentionate mai jos pentru a va face inscrierea la curs (gasiti mai jos link-ul catre centrele de perfectionare) http://www.ceronav.ro/ In termen de 24 de ore dupa efectuarea inscrierii trebuie sa ne comunicati prin e-mail urmatoarele informatii referitoare la aceste cursuri: - centrul unde le veti urma - data la care le incepeti - data la care le terminate In termen de 48 de ore de la obtinerea certificatului trebuie sa ne trimiteti o copie in format electronic scanat, prin e-mail la admin@protos.ro si una in format fizic - alb/negru, prin posta recomandata, curier sau aduse personale 5. APLICATIA PENTRU CARNETUL PANAMEZ DE MARINAR In cazul in care va expira in termen de 6 luni de la data reimbarcarii, Protos s.r.l. trebuie sa trimita catre Compania Carnival Cruise Lines dosarul de aplicare pentru noul carnet. In acest sens trebuie sa ne trimiteti cu minim 1 luna inaintea datei de imbarcare in format electronic scanat, prin e-mail la admin@protos.ro si in format fizic - alb/negru, prin posta recomandata, curier sau aduse personal urmatoarele documente intr-un singur e-mail / plic de corespondenta Copie dupa pasaport Copie dupa paginile 3 din 4 si 4 din 4 ale fisei medicale Carnival format pdf Copie dupa certificatul de competenta pentru pozitia de Motorman sau Bosun Fotografii conform cerintelor Carnival. Pentru acestea va rugam sa ne solicitati printr-un e-mail un model de fotografii.

Pick up at airport hotel will be at 0900am which allowing for traffic gets crew to the terminal at approximately 1000am to board the vessel at 1030am. Transportation is provided by Coach Charter Specialists. This information will be included in the hotel welcome letter. (Times to be confirmed) How far is the hotel from the pier? Flights after 12 noon are appropriate. In case of a termination / resignation/ suspension - are there any special requirements needed. Do you require safeguards? No special requirements needed. How long can the team member stay in Australia after they sign off? The MCV visa allows you to remain in the country for up to 5 days. Customs have the authority to extend the MCV another 5 days to give a total of 10 days vacation stay in Australia. (Sign-off day is Day 1). This needs to be arranged with the Port Agent in advance. Beyond 10 days' vacation, the team member needs to hold an Australian Visitor Visa, which for many nationalities can be applied for on-line, but not whilst in Australia. Eligibility and costs vary between nationalities, which can be complex. Those nationalities that cannot apply on-line must apply personally at an Australian mission overseas. The Visitor Visa application is not accepted once team member has arrived in Australia (i.e. anytime from 17-Oct-12) and there is no equivalent of a B2 status in Australia. Team members anticipating a vacation in Australia of more than 10 days need to obtain a visitor visa before they leave home to join the Spirit.
VISA information To join the ship in Australia, all crew regardless of position will need 2 additional visas, the MCV visa and a Transit or Tourist visa, except for Australians and New Zealanders. Passport must be valid for at least 1 year when applying for the visa. The below nationalities may apply for the MCV visa and Tourist ETA visa (subclass 976) on their own, both applications are completed online and the visa is free. They must apply for the MCV visa first before applying for the ETA. The MCV visa (Maritime Crew Visa, subclass 988) - this is multiple entry visa valid or 3 years and allows you to work on a ship, sign off the ship and depart Australia within 5 days.
