This means they will be replaced if any item is found to be defective due to faulty materials and/or manufacture, during household use. Nonstick items are guaranteed for 3 to 5 years (see what's mentioned on the packaging). This guarantee does not cover defects caused by negligence, abuse, commercial use and/or normal wear and tear. In the unlikely event that a fault should occur, simply return the product to the relevant store together with proof of purchase. Care and use instructions Before first use, remove all paper and labels, wash with hot soapy water, rinse well and dry. Never allow a pan to boil dry. Do not allow the heat source to extend the base of the cookware. Always let cookware cool before placing in the water. Hand wash recommended: after use, wash with hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Tighten the bold of the handle if necessary. Some advice to maintain the non-stick layer When you rub the non-stick layer with some oil from time to time, the non-stick will last longer. Do not overheat your cookware! Always cook medium heat. In case something is burned, just leave your cookware with some water for a few hours. Never use wire wool to clean your non-stick cookware.
