Walibi World recruitment philosophy Let students (future employees) experience the dynamic and passion of our business by letting them participate! Create a tight connection to various regional schools which have a curriculum at a low mid and high study level. Give insights to students/community of Walibi World not only being a theme park but also a possible employer Thrill project What is the Thrill project? Multi purpose 3 year project which stimulates inspiring education. Students of low, mid and high level colleges are combined in multi level teams In these multi level teams the students create actual prototypes which are in accordance with the wishes of the market. Creates a win-win situation for companies and schools. 2007 EAS 11
How does it work? Multi-level and multi-disciplinary teams working on the Walibi World premises. Multi- level: Each team consists of 2 higher level students, 4 mid level students and 6 lower level students. Multi- disciplinary Within the teams various disciplines are represented. How does it work? The teams are presented with a problem/question from Walibi World The students should as a team make a proposition with a prototype to solve this problem/question. Walibi World judges the quality of the developed prototype The 4 teams work in competition The winning team is honoured with a special price What are the Thrill project results? Students have learned to work within a team of people from different study levels. This reflects future working relationships within professional companies such as Walibi World. Students have become more familiar with the different possibilities of working at Walibi World. During their studies as a seasonal employee and in their professional life as a permanent employee. 2007 EAS 12
