Funding prvides camp schlarships, wrkshps fr teachers, nsite educatin prgrams fr Z visitrs and schlchildren, and utreach prgrams fr lcal rganiatins and schls. Cnservatin: At Reid Park Z we are actively invlved with cnservatin prgrams, th arund the wrld and lcally. With help frm yu, we are ale t address a wide range f issues that impact animals in the wild. ANIMAL NCOUNTRS @ TH ZOO Animal ncunters are pp-up events that prvide Z guests with up-clse animalrelated experiences during their Z visit. ncunters are held at varius times thrughut the mnth, and at lcatins arund the Z including the tter and tiger haitats, xpeditin Tanania, and the Z s Cnservatin Learning Center. Z educatrs and Keepers talk t guests and cnduct demnstratins aut animal enrichment, training, and animal care.
