The work includes security vestibule renovations and exterior improvements at each school. In addition, there is minor plumbing and air conditioning work included at Green Bay School. The fire alarm work is not included in this recommendation to award. With respect to this work, we have reviewed the above recommended firms bids and confirmed that they appear to understand the scope, schedule, and requirements of the work. These firms, with the exception of Joseph J. Henderson, have successfully completed similar work for Gilbane in the past. With regard to Joseph J. Henderson, we have reviewed their capacity and past project experience and they have been pre-qualified by Gilbane to complete much larger projects.
