Week 1 Basketball Camp Skills, drills, and basketball thrills! This action packed camp is full of basketball fun and will teach you the basics of the game. Whether you are a seasoned champ, or an unskilled beginner this camp will meet your needs. Children will engage in drills, games, and scrimmages that will bring them to the next level in basketball. Cheerleading Camp Go! Fight! Win! Campers will learn cheers, chants, and a dance. This camp is sure to bring out team spirit in you! Detective Camp (Afternoon) Welcome to a week of lessons in forensics and fun mysteries for campers to solve. Campers follow the clues to solve the crime that happened at Colts Kids Camp. Our camper detectives will be talking about this camp all summer long. Our investigation will begin at Oxford Park Pool.
Week 2 Karate Camp This camp is for beginners or seasoned Karate masters. Learn this skill from a seasoned professional. Tennis Camp We are serving up a great camp! Come learn the basics of the game with Hilda Delbridge! Parents bring your tennis shoes and join the scrimmage on Friday. Tennis rackets are required. Art Camp Annette Newbern invites you to a week of artistic fun. If you like to paint, mold, design, and like being creative, this camp is for you. Annette challenges campers to fulfill their creative potential. You will be amazed at what creations are made at Art Camp. Come and see our art gallery on Friday, June 14. Art shirt is required. $25 art supplies fee is added. This is a popular camp. (30 camper cap) Swimming Camp Campers will join the Oxford Park lifeguard staff for swimming lessons. Campers are divided into skill level groups to learn important swimming skills. Parents may choose which skill level group to enroll your child in. Level 1: Level 2: Level 3: (40 Camper Cap) Amazing Race Camp (Afternoon) Adventure awaits our campers as they race around the world to amazing destinations. Campers will be face with challenges, physical and mental, that allow them to go to the next destination. This camp is based on the popular CBS TV Show, The Amazing Race Oxford Park Pool on Monday.
Week 3 Soccer Camp GOAL! This camp is sure to kick a goal! Children will learn drills, play games, and scrimmage. This camp provides basic soccer essentials that will take you to the next level! Fashion camp Campers will walk the down the runway to model their designs. Campers will discover the latest fashions and learn how to pull an outfit together in a snap. Campers will learn basic sewing techniques. This camp is designed for 3 rd through 5 th grade. Book Worm Camp Reading will take you on many adventures. Campers will join a book club and talk about their favorite books to read! Campers will get to go to our camp theatre and watch a movie that was created from a book the campers read. Campers will read short stories that will keep them engaged. This camp is a great way to keep your child reading all summer long. This camp is designed for 2 nd through 5 th reading levels. Nature Camp Campers will go on an exhibition outside and discover God s beautiful creation. Campers will have fun on nature hikes and bird watching. Campers will learn how plants and vegetables are good for our body and the world we live in. Campers will go green and learn how they can take care of the environment. LEGO Camp (afternoon) This camp explores a big city theme. Campers will compete building big cities and recreating some famous city buildings. Campers will learn basic LEGO building skills.
Week 4 Field Trip Camp (All Day Camp) Campers go on a different field trip every day. Field Trips will be announced in May. We encourage you to sign up early. This camp fills up fast. Trips will be in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and Wake Forest area 60 Camper Limit. Campers will go to Oxford Park pool on Monday. Week 5 Baseball/ Softball Camp Hey batter batter! Swing batter batter! Campers will learn skills of baseball and softball. Campers will practice hitting, catching, pitching, throwing, and fielding. Don t strike out and miss this camp. Gloves are required. Bat and ball are strongly encouraged. Art Camp Annette Newbern invites you to a week of artistic fun. (30 camper cap) Storytelling Camp How many ways can YOU tell a story? In this camp will create a story from a prop, act out stories without our words, and use different styles to tell stories. Bring a memory from your life or a favorite folktale or fable. We'll use our imaginations to act out tales and have fun! Survivor Camp (Afternoon Camp) Campers will outwit, outlast, and outplay in this game of survivor. This camp is based on the popular CBS TV show Survivor. Survivors will compete in different challenges in hopes to not end up at Tribal Counsel. Campers will also learn basic survival tools needed to survive the elements. Oxford Park Pool on Monday.

Includes personal instruction to learn or improve short game skills, the swing with irons, fairway metals and the driver. Must provide own golf clubs. Sign Language Camp Campers learn how to communicate with basic sign-language. Campers will learn the alphabet and basic sign language words like animals, foods, colors, and much more. Campers will practice conversational skills. Computer Want to be the next computer genius? This camp will allow the campers to get an inside look of computers and their functions. Game-A-Palooza (Afternoon) Board Games will come to life in this camp. Campers will spend the week playing different life-size board games. Campers become the actual game pieces. This camp will be a lot of fun as we play games every minute of camp. Oxford Park Pool on Monday.
Week 7 Mad Science Camp Campers will investigate, dissect, discover, and explore the scientific world around them. This science camp will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat as you adventure through the world of science. This is a popular camp. (30 Camper Cap) Dance Camp Get your groove on at dance camp. Dance styles will include ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Karate Camp This camp is for beginners or seasoned Karate masters. Learn this skill from a seasoned professional. Tennis Camp We are serving up a great camp! Come learn the basics of the game with Hilda Delbridge! Tennis rackets are required Top Secret Camp (Afternoon) Just as the name implies this camp is Top Secret. We are not sharing our secrets, but we promise this camp will be unforgettable. Campers will be surprised each day. Parents will be notified of our Top Secret Events at least one week prior to the camp.
Week 8 Spanish Camp Como Estas? Campers will learn basic conversational Spanish. Volley Ball Camp Bump. Set. Spike. Point. Don't be caught out of bounds! Come be a part of our volleyball camp and learn the basics of Volley Ball. History Camp This camp is for our history buffs and those wanting to learn more about our world s history. Campers will explore different historical events that have changed us forever. You will love this camp! This camp is designed for 3 rd grade through 5 th grade. LEGO Camp Campers will have fun recreating Biblical stories with LEGOS. Campers will video their creations to act out the Biblical stories with LEGOS. Please note, this camp is different from the 1 st Lego Camp, see descriptions. Acting Camp (Afternoon Camp) Lights, Camera, Action! Campers will write their own scripts, design costumes, and act in a play. Parents you do not want to miss this premiere event on Friday evening! On Monday, our actors and actresses will enjoy a spa day at Oxford Park pool to prepare for Friday s premiere.
