The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, within the frames of its programs, supported several activities in the Prespa region: Continuous financial support to the Public Communal Enterprise for maintenance and securing the Prespa Lake coast, especially the Reserve of Ezerani. Action for cleaning part of the beaches in the areas of Sirhan, Otesevo and Stenje, Provided communal waste containers and bins for the Municipality of Resen from the Program for Local Selfgovernment Support, September Forestation of parts of the area Dolgi Rid (25000 seedlings planted) from the Youth Awareness Raising Program, Preparation and printing of the Local Environmental Action Plan in Macedonian and English,
