HALYBURTON spent the week of 1 April in preparation for the Board of Inspection and Survey visit. The Commanding Officer conducted zone and personnel inspections. He also held Captain's call for the wives of the crewmembers. Operations again brought HALYBURTON underway 6 April for the Coordinated At Sea Training Operations (CASTOPS).
