Terms and Conditions Sponsors: In these terms and conditions, the Credit Services Association (CSA), referred to as the Association, sells a sponsorship opportunity to The Sponsor being a person or company wishing to buy same, contracting solely with the Association and no other third parties. The completion of a booking form by the Sponsor serves as an acknowledgment of these terms and conditions. Payment: The Sponsor pays a 20% non-refundable deposit which is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due 30 days before the event starts. All sponsorship packages are subject to VAT at 20%. Non-payment: In the event of the non-payment of a deposit at time of booking, the sponsorship package remains for sale with the interested party being given first refusal. In the event a deposit is paid, but the final balance remains outstanding 30 days before the event starts, the Association reserves the right to immediately offer for sale the sponsorship package to another company. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded. The following charges will apply to card payments: Debit Cards - no charge Credit Cards - 2.5% American Express - 3.5% Marketing: Inclusion of the Sponsor s details in marketing materials is dependent on the dates the booking is made and receipt of the necessary information/materials before deadlines for the production of these materials. It is the responsibility of the Sponsor to ensure that deadlines are known and adhered to, though the Association will make every effort to ensure the Sponsor is made aware of the necessary deadlines and requirements from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, prices quoted are for naming rights only, they do not include production costs.
