ESSENTIAL INFORMATION NCA s Wildcat Camp strives to provide a safe, engaging experience with a variety of recreational, educational, athletic, and fine arts programs at an affordable price for registered NCA students preschool through 8th grade. Here are some important things to know: Staffing is based upon registrations. It s important to attend the weeks for which you ve registered. A $50 non refundable registration fee is required for each camper. Early registration deadline is May 1, 2015. After May 1, the Registration Fee is $75. All registrations will be via SchoolSpeak and registration payment via SchoolSpeak or check/money order made payable to NCA. No refunds can be given after the scheduled week begins, and no make-up days can be given for absences. Cancellations must be given at least a full week in advance, or a $100 fee will be charged. Wildcat Campers are required to abide by the behavioral rules as stated in the NCA Family Handbook. Campers must be 3 years old by June 1, 2015, and toilet trained. Fees for extended care will be charged the Friday following the week of care using the same payment method as your camp fees. Snack: NCA provides a daily snack for campers. Lunch: Students bring their own lunch and drink in a labeled ziplock bag which will be stored in our refrigerator. ** NCA Camp is Nut Free ** Camp Headquarters: 1401 W. PAYMENT OPTIONS There are several payment options. Families can pay by check, money order, or electronic payment (e-check or credit card). Payments for camp fees are due on the Monday of the week the student is attending the camp. Extended care fees are due on Friday, one week after the camper attends. After May 1 the Registration Fee is $75. All registrations will be online via SchoolSpeak and registration payment via SchoolSpeak or check/money order made payable to NCA. Camp hours are from 8am-3pm. Extended Care is available from 7am-8am and 3pm-6pm. No refunds can be given after the scheduled week begins. No refunds or make-up days can be given for absences. The Camp Director and Principal will enforce the discipline policy as deemed appropriate, including the withdrawal of any student whose conduct is unsatisfactory. If a camper needs to take medication during the camp day or have an EpiPen or inhaler on hand, written instructions from a doctor s office (as outlined in the NCA Family Handbook) must be provided before camp begins. NCA Camp is a nut-free camp. Campers must be 3 years old by June 1, 2015, and toilet trained. NCA provides a daily snack. Camp is nut free.
