Cub Scout Day Camp Day Camp is an adventure open to all Cub Scouts. Sessions run Monday through Thursday in parks central to the four districts. Scouts will participate in a wide variety of activities including games, crafts, BB gun safety, and archery shooting, and some camps include fishing and swimming. Day Camp is more fun when you come with your Den, so start planning now for next summer s adventure! /camping/cub-scout-day-camp Cub Scout Adventure Camp Cub Scout Adventure Camp is an overnight (resident) experience open to all Cub Scouts and features specific programming by rank. Tigers will follow the same adventure track, while second year Webelos enjoy the hilltop outpost experience. With a new theme each summer, everyone will have an amazing and memorable time. Camp Brulé Hidden in the hills of Sullivan County, PA, this rugged outpost is far from most things, and that s just the way we like it! This high adventure base camp is centered around Elk Lake and offers an exceptional array of outdoor (and indoor) amenities, including: High ropes course Hiking trails Shooting range Waterfront for boating, fishing and swimming Secluded campsites and lakeside campfire ring Explorable adjacent State lands and waterways Programming can be customized for any type and size group. A few of our favorite activities include, team-building, Brulé survivor, wilderness survival, search and rescue, climbing and rappelling, biathlons, first aid and CPR training, canoeing/kayaking, and retreats. Campership Applications While the Scout camp experience is one of the most affordable options available to parents, Scouts facing particular financial hardship may need support. This is why Five Rivers Council offers camping scholarships, or Camperships. Campership applications are available for all registered Scouts who live within the Five Rivers Council who have a financial need. Funding for up to half the early bird fee may be available. Contact the Scout Shop for applications and information. Camp Staff Opportunities One of the best ways to maximize the camp experience is to stay all summer as a staff member. Youth at least 15 years old (by June 1st) and adults 18 years of age or older are welcome to apply for a position by filling out the staff application found on /camping or by contacting the Camp office directly.
