PAGE 2 ASSATEAGUE POINTE VOLUM E 1, ISSUE 1 Presidents Report-Joe McGee Dear Homeowners; A lot of Homeowners have been busy weeding and sprucing up around their home at the Pointe. It looks great, and a big THANK YOU to those who have started. The weather has been excellent, the grass and weeds are growing. Just a friendly reminder that, all golf carts must be registered and have a sticker placed on their golf cart. The form informs all, about the rules you must abide by for the use of a golf cart. If you do not register your cart you are subject to a $50.00 Fine. There are still a few carts without stickers on them. While cleaning up around the yard, please remember to place large items in the dumpster in the middle of the storage yard. The trash disposal in one of our most expensive items in the budget, not counting the cost of cleaning up behind people that are leaving trash on the ground. So please place the trash in the proper receptacles. The entertainment comm. has planned a lot of activities this year, and as always, looking for more volunteers. If interested please let Val know at the front office and she will let Mike and Kaye Whaley know. The ECC Comm. will be starting soon on their yearly inspections and I have noticed a lot of Homeowners already sprucing up their yards. The WI-FI should be completed by the first of May. The Board would like to thank everyone for taking the time to keep Assateague Pointe looking like THE PLACE TO BE IN OCEAN CITY. This also helps to maintain home values in these times.
