You'll end the trip with a visit to the 18th century Villa Sunbury, a former planters' villa with a sumptuous interior. You'll begin by visiting Pico dos Barcelos where you'll have the most beautiful views of Funchal. You'll go on to the village of Monte, through mimosa and eucalyptus forests, to Terreiro da Luta where you'll see Madeira's tallest monument, dedicated to Our Lady of Peace.
