The racecourse has purpose-built facilities and events space for up to 600 delegates indoors and up to 25,000 outdoors. EXHIBITIONS & FAIRS A highly versatile venue used for exhibitions and fairs, with a number of rooms available, the EBC technology suite and concourse area being the most popular situated on the ground floor, is a 672 square metre, pillar free, carpeted suite which together with the adjoining concourse creates 1400 square metres of exhibition space with vehicular access. OUTDOOR SPACE Our stunning venue has the capacity and capability to host any style of outdoor event, festival, concert or show. Our venue offers both hard standing as well as an extensive grass area. The centre course can easily be transformed into a fully operational arena for any outdoor event and can accommodate up to 25,000 people. Our events team is experienced at hosting outdoor events and has worked with the likes of Wolverhampton City Council, Inflatable 5k and the Colour Run to bring successful events to the Wolverhampton area.

THE RINGSIDE SUITE The Ringside Suite, situated on the ground floor, is a 672 metre squared, pillar free, carpeted suite which together with the adjoining concourse creates 1400 metres squared of exhibition space with vehicle access. The suite has a capacity of 600 delegates and can be set up however best for your event. The suite contains a licensed bar within, and kitchen facilities are located adjacent to the room. An additional bar and fast food outlet in the concourse ensures the suite is well serviced. THE CONCOURSE The Concourse is located on the ground floor between the EBC Technology Suite and The Weigh Inn Bar providing 648 metres squared suitable for a wide range of events. With three main entrance points from both the parade ring and trackside, the Concourse provides a flexible space which may be utilised on its own or as an adjoining space to the EBC Technology Suite. There is a grill bar within the Concourse for food and beverage service as required. TVs and electrical points are located throughout. THE SUNBEAM SUITE Located on the first floor, this spacious suite offers natural daylight with views of the track and parade ring. The suite has entrances from the Hotel, Grandstand and Premier Enclosure. The suite contains a licensed bar and various electrical points. There is a large viewing screen with links to three additional 37 LCD TV screens within the suite. CLEVELAND SUITE The Cleveland Suite situated on the first floor and is a traditional, wellappointed space, perfect for business or entertainment events. The suite is self-contained with a private bar, a spacious balcony overlooking the Parade Ring and direct access to the Grandstand. There is a 50 TV in the suite and a number of electrical points. EXECUTIVE BOXES We have eight meeting rooms located along the first floor, each with views over the racecourse and surrounding parkland. These rooms vary in size from the smallest seating a maximum of 16 delegates, to the largest which seats 64. Each room has access to a private balcony and are generously lit with natural daylight. Adjoining Wolverhampton Racecourse is the Holiday Inn Hotel which provides a range of 54 bedrooms and recognised standards of service. There is free parking available for up to 1500 cars. The hotels stylish restaurant and bar overlooks the Parade Ring and is open to both residents and non-residents. High speed Wi-Fi access is available in the lounge and throughout the entire hotel.
