Weekly meetings can include social and physical activities like seated exercise and indoor kurling. Price 1 Men in Shed s Tuesday and Thursday 1.30 4.30pm Macmerry Village Hall The shed is run in partnership with Strive, and is now working on community projects There are work benches and tools, which are used for members to share their skills in working with wood and other interests. It provides a haven for men to come along and socialise. Walk Some More Second and Fourth Wednesday of every month Various times Various walking routes The Walk Some More group walk in different locations and last approximately 2 hours in different locations around East Lothian, from Gullane Hill and Aberlady nature reserve, round Lennoxlove estate and down to Dunglass. Dogs are welcome but are the responsibility of the owner and must be kept on leads at all times. The Ageing Well project is a partnership between NHS Lothian and East Lothian Council, and is part of the Age UK national Ageing Well Network, which aims to increase the expectation of good health in later life as well as maintain and promote the physical and mental health and well being of people over 50 in East Lothian to improve their quality of life through this list of activities.
