Terms and Conditions (For Sponsors, Exhibitors & Advertisers) Sponsorship and stalls will be allocated on 'first-come first-choice' basis. The booking request must be made with 50% of booking amount, and rest 50% must be paid before the next tariff rates become applicable. All the sponsors should register names of their representatives with the organizing committee one month before the start of conference and all such persons will be required to wear the ID badges, for security reasons. Additional meal coupons will be available at cost price. Packed meals for staff / workers will also be available at nominal cost. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the venue and date of exhibition and / or rearrange the floor plan or any part thereof at any time in case of unavoidable circumstances. The site of the stall shall be made available to the participants a day before the exhibition begins. If the participants fail to occupy the stall by 9.00 am of the inauguration day, the organizing committee reserves the right to allot the vacant stalls to the waiting applicants. The organizing committee shall in no way be responsible for any tax liability incurred towards any sale / booking transaction undertaken by the exhibitors.
