Day 2 Kennedy Space Centre Today, we head to the infamous Kennedy Space Centre to explore some of the most iconic crafts that have led to development in space research. The Astronaut Training Experience is one of the best programmes for the students in the space centre. It gives you a true taste of what it feels like to be an astronaut. Beginning with a mission briefing and Q&A session, you go on to practice the skills required to survive in space which leads to a simulated space shuttle mission that ends with a graduation ceremony! Day 3 Kennedy Space Centre Today, we head to the infamous Kennedy Space Centre to explore some of the most iconic crafts that have led to development in space research. The KSC Up-Close Explore Tour takes you through launch pads, the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) and the Shuttle Landing Facility. See the icon of the space program, the countdown clock, a mobile launcher used to move Apollo moon rockets and space shuttles to the launch pad, and the Operations and Checkout building, the departure point for astronauts traveling to the launch pad on the day of their mission. Day 4 Magic Kingdom Guess what, today we have an entire day to spend at the Magic Kingdom Park, the firstbuilt of the four theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort. It has been the most visited theme park in the last 5 years. Day 9 New York City Tour Enjoy a city tour of New York covering key highlights such as the Central Park, colourful Times Square, American Museum of History and Hayden Planetarium and of course the buildings that dominate the skyline in just about every photograph out there Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Empire State Building The 102 storey building, another icon of this city standing at 1454 feet high was the world's tallest building for nearly 40 years, from its completion in early 1931 until the topping out of the original World Trade Center's North Tower in late 1970. Day 9 New York UN Headquarters Located in the heart of the city, the shining building with a line-up of flags at the entrance is hard to miss and even harder not to visit. We tour the complex to see the very chambers where global leaders gather to discuss international issues. Not only to do we see the chambers but also understand how different issues pertaining to disarmament, peace and security, human rights, and the Millennium Development Goals are tackled. Statue of Liberty Overnight at New Jersey This UNESCO heritage site was made in collaboration with Gustave Eiffel (who was responsible for the steel framework). The statue designed by Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi, a French sculptor and dedicated on October 28, 1886, was a gift to the United States from the people of France.
