This delightful 3- bedroom, 2 ½-bath home is petfriendly and located in the prestigious, gated community of Destiny West. This lovely home is peaceful and quiet while still being approximately one block from the beach at James Lee Park and the Crab Trap, one of the area's favorite restaurants. Neighborhood amenities include access to the community's private Club Destiny featuring an Olympic-sized pool with water feature, fitness center and tennis courts. The large, open great room is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating for the entire family and will sleep 8-10 including a king and queen sofa sleeper. The gourmet kitchen, with a high-end gas stove, is equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for the family or entertain guests. There is seating for three at the kitchen bar and for six at the dining table. There is also a powder room on the first floor.
A cozy screened porch is located directly off the kitchen with comfortable chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The backyard provides an area for your furry friend and features a gas grill for those nights when you want to eat in. Upstairs is the lovely master suite with a king bed, television, sitting area, large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and large shower.
