Visit the Corniche, which was developed in the 20s. It is home to beaches, swimming pools, cafes and other entertainment venues. Later visit to the Medina on foot: the central market, and the district Habbous that have kept their authenticity. See the wall of the Medina, a fortified 18th century bastion, through the labyrinth of narrow streets lined with jewelers, barbers and artisans. We proceed to the Moroccan capital this morning. We begin with the Kasbah of The Udayas, which was a fortress and palace of a leader during the reign of the Almohad Caliphate. The fortress
located at the mouth of the Bou Regreg River was built as early as the 12th century and is one of the unique attractions of the royal city of Rabat. Visit the Hassan Tower, a tower to an uncomfortable mosque after the death of Sultan Yacub al-mansour. The tower built from this red sandstone lies opposite the Mausoleum of Mohamed V which houses the tomb of King Mohamed V and his two sons, King Hassan II and Prince Abdallah. In the afternoon we proceed to Tangier which is famous as a port city in the Straits of Gibraltar. On arrival at Tangier, we will proceed to the Cave of Hercules, a cave with doors facing the Atlantic ocean which is well-known for its odd shape as if it were like the African continent map. Above the Cave of Herculers lies Cape Spartel where guests can take panoramic views of the Straits of Gibraltar. Later dinner at Hotel. We say good bye to Morocco this morning and take a ferry ride across the Strait of Gibraltar to Tarifa, a city located in the southernmost part of Spain where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean. Arrive at Tarifa and meet your LDC Coach and proceed to Seville, the capital city of Andalusia and on arrival, proceed for a Guided City Tour of Seville. We start the tour with a visit to Seville Cathedral, the world's largest Gothic architecture. The church was originally a mosque built during the reign of Almohad, before being demolished and rebuilt as a Roman Catholic church after the collapse of the Islamic empire with the original tower of the mosque named Giralda Tower still standing next to it including the Orange Tree Courtyard which is part of the mosque's remains. Visit the Santa Cruz Quarter, the Medieval historic neighborhood and adjacent to the former Real Alcazar palace belonging to the Moorish Islamic kingdom. Dinner at Restaurant. We stop for an Orientation Tour of Sintra which is famous for the charm of Palace Da Pena, a brightly colored castle and decorated with fortifications and mythical statues, is one of the tourist attractions to Portugal with the best example of Romantic architecture from the 19th century. head to Lisbon. Day 5 Lisbon Cordoba Breakfast at hotel, We proceed for a Guided Panoramic City Tour of Lisbon and we will visit Rossio Square, Lisbon's lively square, surrounded by Baroque fountains, historical monuments and monuments and the Dona Maria II National Theater building. Photo Stop at Jeronimos Monastery, a monastery with the finest Portuguese-Gothic Manueline architecture that holds the tomb of Vasco da Gama, a Portuguese explorer who was the first to sail directly from Europe to India. Visit the Belem Tower, the 16th-century fortress tower and the 171-foot Monument to the Discoveries shaped like a ship in 1940 to celebrate the achievement of the Portuguese explorer. In the afternoon we will proceed to Cordoba in Spain. Arrive in Cordoba by late evening. Dinner at Hotel. Overnight at Hotel NH Córdoba Urbano (Tourist Class) or Azur Real Hotel Boutique (First Class) or similar. Day 6 Cordoba Granada Breakfast at Hotel. We proceed on a Guided Panoramic Tour of Cordoba. We start our tour by a visit of Mezquita, the mosques built with the best Islamic architecture in the world. Known as the Cathedral Mosque of Cordoba, this mosque was renovated into a church after the fall of the Islamic empire. Among the effects of the mosque that can still be seen include the engraving of Quranic verses on the walls of the mosque, pole, tower and mihrab. The visit was continued to the Jewish Quarter, a Jewish neighborhood that was given religious freedom and placement during Almohad's Islamic reign. Not only is it surrounded by whitepainted houses and colorful colorful patios, even Muslim surau here are still maintained and used today. Next visit Casa Andalusi, a museum house from the 12th century which showcases Islamic culture during the Middle Ages in Cordoba and Roman relics mosaics. In the afternoon we proceed to Granada. Granada is one of the world's most famous Al-Andalus towns with its iconic Alhambra Palace (Entrance Included). Dinner at Restaurant. This morning you will visit the Alhambra Palace (Admission is included) which was originally built as a fort before being renovated into a castle by the government of the Granada Nasri Kingdom of the Moorish. An outstanding landmark ever built by the Islamic government in Spain, the Alhambra is the door to the Moorish culture, it certainly promises a beautiful view of the carved wall of Quranic calligraphy and flower-patterned engraving. Visit The Generalife, a royal summer break palace adorned with patios, pools, green trees, springs and pillars linked to the Alhambra via a covered walkway. The garden landscape that is too beautiful will definitely make the guests not miss the opportunity to photograph here. In the afternoon we proceed to Madrid. Day 8 Madrid Toledo Madrid Breakfast at hotel. Today we proceed to Toledo with historical and cultural heritage and the harmony of Muslim, Christian and Jewish community living peacefully without conflict and warfare at the time. We will embark on a Guided Panoramic City Tour of Toledo. We will visit the Alcazar of Toledo, a fortress with 4 towers on each side located at the highest part of Toledo and once used as a Roman castle during the 3rd century. The visit is continued to the Mosque of Cristo de la Luz; The 1000-year-old mosque is also known by the Arabic name Bab Al-Mardum Mosque built during the Moorish rule before being converted to a church, Puerta Bab Al-Mardum; the Toledo city gate built in the 10th century and its very beautiful Alcantara Bridge, built by Rome in the Middle Ages across the Tagus River. Some free time to explore Toledo before returning back to Madrid. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel. Day 9 Madrid Breakfast at Hotel, Today we embark on a Guided Panoramic City Tour of Madrid, we start with the royal palace which with its famous Baroque architecture, past the Prado Museum which houses the greatest European artwork from the 12th to the 20th century, the Cibeles and the Neptune Fountains of 2 pools a fountain located opposite and close to Plaza de la Cibeles; square with cothe architect is characterized by the Neo-classic architecture and also the Puerta de Alcala which is a magnificent gate standing in Plaza de la Independencia and built by King Carlos III in the 18th century and the Puerta del Sol area, which is the economic and shopping center of this city. Afternoon we will visit the famous football stadium known as Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, the official football club of Real Madrid. You can take panoramic photos of this stadium.
