GLOBAL HERITAGE FUND BEYOND MONUMENTS An opportunity to associate with a recognised global brand

ABOUT GLOBAL HERITAGE FUND THE GHF, FOUNDED IN THE SILICON VALLEY IN 2002, is changing the face of world heritage preservation to become a tool for human development and understanding between cultures. As a young organisation we have embraced technology to support conservation as a force for good and we are in the front line of international efforts to save our vanishing heritage.

GLOBAL HERITAGE FUND: MISSION OUR PURPOSE IS THE RESTORATION OF ICONIC WORLD HERITAGE SITES at risk in the developing regions of the world. We aim to improve the condition and economic value of these sites, enabling the communities around them to prosper. To achieve this we raise the funds and then partner with local people, communities, organizations, and governments to both preserve the cultural heritage of the past, and ensure that it becomes a continuing and beneficial part of people s lives.

WHY IS HERITAGE PRESERVATION SO IMPORTANT? HERITAGE IS OUR LEGACY from the past, what we live with today, and w h a t w e p a s s o n t o f u t u r e generations. Our cultural and n a t u r a l h e r i t a g e a r e b o t h irreplaceable sources of life and inspiration. UNESCO 2008 Today poverty, natural disasters, terrorism, warfare and ethnic conflict all pose a threat to many our world heritage sites.

We also provide training to enable these culturally important historic buildings, medieval villages and holy places to be returned to the local community as assets for income generation.
