1 HOW WOULD YOU PREFER TO MOUNT YOUR FIBRECLEAN SHADOW BOARDS? Direct fix Lowest cost board and can be mounted to most wall types. A suitable sealant can be placed around the board edge for hygiene purposes if required. Method of mounting board to the wall is decided by customer. Board comes with all hook sets and mounting holes for these. Hooks are attached at time of installation. Stand-off Supplied with stainless stand-off mounts that are attached to the wall structure (not just wall cladding), creating a 16mm space behind the board. Can hose water or blow compressed air down behind board to clean, or for deep cleans, the board can be easily removed from the mounts for manual scrubbing. Board comes with all mounting holes for hooks and stand-offs as well as the hardware. Hooks are attached at time of installation. Hinged This style is designed for high hygiene areas as it allows easy access to clean behind the board at all times. Simply unlatch board and hinge out from wall for easy cleaning, then click back in place when finished. Board comes with required hinges and buffer stops attached and mounting holes for hooks, spacers, bolts and screws hooks are attached at time of installation. Mobile The boards can be attached to a trolley or frame that is custom designed to your requirements. The frame is fabricated in 304 grade stainless steel. Normally fitted with swivelling nylon castors to make it fully mobile, however it can be used without castors for areas where you require a shadow board but don t have the wall space.
2 HOW DO YOU WISH TO ATTACH UTENSILS TO YOUR SHADOW BOARDS? Choose from six different systems to store your equipment on the boards 1. Standard direct mount stainless steel hooks Heavy duty stainless steel hooks in single and double configuration. Can be mounted anywhere on the board, so this flexibility gives space to fit more items on the board. Can be used to hang items with hanging holes in them, or to horizontally support items with no hanging hole. Hooks come complete with M8x7 stainless button cap bolt for mounting to board (this bolt threads from the back of the board with no nut required, creating an easy clean surface on the hook side). 2. Plastic storage bins 3. Tool holder rail system These bins fit nicely into the aluminium rail described at right. These work well for storing PPE like disposable gloves or smaller items that can t easily be hung on a hook. Various size options available. Aluminium tool rail with handle clips (available in 11 different colours), are available to help secure long handles or handles without a hanging hole. Available with a bolt set to mount the rail to the board. 4. Safety design direct mount stainless steel hooks As with the standard style, these hooks can be mounted anywhere on the board and comes with the same stainless button cap bolt, however it has the following benefits: a. Safety design with the prong facing inwards, there is no risk of serious injury if anyone trips and falls against the hook. b. Tools are held away from the shadow board to meet audit standards also has no area that moisture can accumulate. c. Will hold tools handle end up or brush end up suits all requirements with one design. d. Easy clean one-piece design. e. Very robustly manufactured from 3mm 304 grade stainless. 5. Stainless steel bulldog clips These 80mm wide stainless clips are ideal for holding heavy duty gloves. By clipping just the one surface of the gloves, this allows for the inside of the gloves to air out so they are ready for the next shift. Comes as a set with mounting bolt & nut for attaching to the board. 6. Heavy duty tool holder Single piece stainless steel tool holder rack with six hanging prongs. Not as flexible for storage as the other options, but very durable and easy to clean. Best option from a Health & Safety perspective, as no prongs sticking outwards. Available with a bolt set to mount the rack to the board.

Company logo placement. 2. Food safety messages and any specific instructions. 3. Department and section name. 4. Finalise the equipment list and the quantity of it to be stored. This will determine the size and the best orientation of the board and whether custom shadows need to be created.
5 Price estimate and acceptance A member of our team will prepare an estimated price for the boards you require including all related hardware and design costs. You could expect this estimate within 24 hours of your enquiry. This should be sufficient information to request Capex approval if required. Once this estimate is accepted, we will finalise the pricing by entering all the data into our cost calculator and send the final quote so a purchase order can be raised.
6 DESIGN AND DISPATCH Once the purchase order is received, our design team will be in touch to arrange the creation of your boards and confirm all the requirements, quickly followed by proofs. You have one free revision of the draft design for each board. Once design proofs have been approved the job will proceed to production. Depending on the number of boards in the order, we allow two weeks for production and another 2-3 days for dispatch. Following a quality check, your order is dispatched with all full-sized boards being sent on a furniture carrier so they arrive to you in pristine condition. Installation is the customer s care; however, we are happy to arrange a contractor for this if required.
