Noise abatement procedures are for all aircraft at all times. ARRIVAL PROCEDURE: Fly a standard left-hand traffic pattern at or above 1,000 ft. AGL. Keep the downwind leg offshore and intercept at least a 2 mile final. DEPARTURE PROCEDURE: Fly runway course for at least two miles before turning. Avoid residential areas. IMPORTANT NOISE ABATEMENT RULES: Use of APU and/or engine on the ground shall not exceed 15 minutes. Engine run-ups must be conducted at the end of the runway or with permission from the Airport Staff depending on your position. All aircraft must proceed to the end of Runway 05 before beginning back-taxi. At no time should any aircraft turn around when adjacent to the Airport Plaza Business Center. Helicopters must fly a standard airplane traffic pattern to the runway at high speed then execute a quick stop maneuver to land abeam the parking spot. Geared helicopters will perform a run-on landing and ground taxi to parking. Skid helicopters will keep air taxi to a minimum. 12 Jet + 8 VLJ operations allowed per day (landing and take-off are separate operations). 8 Helicopter operations allowed per day (landing and take-off are separate operations). GENERAL INFORMATION: Equity Members may reserve a slot one year in advance; Social Members one month in advance and all others one week in advance. To avoid a cancellation fee: Reservations booked more than 30 days in advance must be cancelled at least 1 week in advance. All other reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. No-shows are charged a landing fee if there is a wait list and the weather is not a factor. All airport users should contact the airport prior to their travel to check for any changes. No pedestrians or ground vehicles, including golf carts and mopeds are allowed within 50 feet of the runway. Bicycles, ball playing and/or fly fishing are not allowed at all. No new jet helicopters over 4000 lbs. shall be permitted except charters or emergencies. Government and Emergency aircraft may use our airport without charge or reservation. PIC must hold a minimum of an FAA Private Pilot License and current medical. Aircraft must operate UNDER 34,000 lbs. No aircraft or helicopters are permitted to land anywhere in the community other than at the airport. No individual may use the airport for a charter flight without registering the aircraft as a charter operation before use. EVENTS & CLOSURES: During Vintage Weekend, the first weekend in December, the airport will be closed to normal traffic all day Saturday and will open again on Sunday at 1300L. No overnight parking is available except vintage aircraft. During our annual RC event in March, the airport will be closed to all traffic from 0800L 1300L on the day of the event. FUEL POLICIES: Until further notice, only Jet A with prist additive is available at ORC airport. Fuel is available from 0800L 1900L or sunset whichever occurs first. The fuel station is a self-serve station. Airport personnel may assist in fuel operations by grounding aircraft, pulling hoses, connecting and opening nozzles and pumping fuel. Aircraft owners/operators are responsible for correct fueling of their aircraft and must be present during the entire fueling evolution; and if necessary, aircraft movement in and out of the fueling ramp. The aircraft owner/operator must select aircraft tank configuration and desired uplift to each tank. Only Airport personnel will operate the Lektro 8750 tug. PARKING POLICIES: All aircraft must be parked in designated areas at least 50 feet from the runway and perpendicular to the runway. Category I and II: Overnight parking only available on the grass. Category III, IV and V aircraft will park on the ramp, when available. Category I and II aircraft requiring ramp parking are subject to Category III rates. Turbo-prop aircraft requesting ramp parking should contact airport 48 hours in advance to check for ramp availability. All unannounced turbo-prop aircraft are subject to grass parking. The few remaining annuals that park on the ramp must move their aircraft each week so as not to interfere with the parking of others. Aircraft martialing may not be available at all times. REPEATED VILOATIONS OF ANY FAA RULE/REGULATION OR ANY OCEAN REEF CLUB RULE/REGULATION WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF AIRPORT PRIVILEGES. AIRPORT RELEASE/INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE AGREEMENT FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, including the opportunity to use the Ocean Reef Club Airport and its facilities, the undersigned, on behalf of himself or herself, his/her guests, and his/her invitees, and his/her respective heirs, personal representatives and assigns (collectively, Protected Parties ), agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Ocean Reef Club, Inc., Ocean Reef Community Association, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and members (collectively, Indemnified Parties ) from any and all claims, suits, actions, damages, judgments, liabilities and expenses (including court costs, expert s fees and attorney s fees at trial and through all levels of appeal) for personal or bodily injury, property damage or wrongful death related to the acts or omissions of the undersigned and the undersigned s pilot, their staff and the undersigned s Protected Parties resulting from the landing, taking off, taxiing, disembarking and parking of the below referenced aircraft at the Ocean Reef Club Airport, and any other activity or incident from their use of the Ocean Reef Club Airport. In no event will the undersigned be liable for any losses, costs, damages, injuries or expenses arising out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of any Indemnified Party. INSURANCE: The undersigned shall procure commercial general liability insurance in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, and aviation liability insurance (to include aircraft liability) in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, which shall each name Ocean Reef Club, Inc. as an additional insured, and contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of Ocean Reef Club, Inc. The insurance provided by the policies shall be primary and without right of contribution from any other insurance which may be available to the additional insured and the insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom a claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer s liability. Charter/Commercial Operators shall also procure Workers Compensation coverage with statutory limits. The undersigned shall maintain such coverage at all times during which the undersigned uses the Ocean Reef Club Airport. The undersigned shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to Ocean Reef Club, Inc. in the event of any termination or non-renewal of policies by the insurer. The undersigned shall provide Ocean Reef Club, Inc. with proof of such coverage in the form of a certificate of insurance. CONTINUING RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT Please read carefully before signing. This Agreement releases the Airport and others from liability for future negligence on their part(s). There are various and numerous risks associated with general aviation and in particular the use of the airport located at the Ocean Reef Club (the Airport ) including without limitation those described in this Agreement. The person and or entity signing this Agreement below as Owner/Operator does hereby assume and agree to fully accept such risks, including without limitation, the dangers, hazards and risks associated with (i) moving the aircraft identified below (the Aircraft ) by means of an aircraft tug for the purpose of parking the Aircraft, relocating the Aircraft, fueling the Aircraft, or for any other purpose, and (ii) having the Aircraft fueled with Jet A fuel at the Airport including, but not limited to: 1. Damage to persons, to the Aircraft or to the aircraft or property of other persons while moving or positioning the Aircraft for fueling or for any other purpose. 2. Explosive, fire or other incendiary events which may result in property damage and / or serious injury or death to the person relocating or fueling the Aircraft and to other persons. 3. Damage to the Aircraft and its engines or other mechanical parts from contaminated fuel or water intrusion of the fuel. 4. Damage to the person fueling the Aircraft or to other persons resulting from breathing, inhaling, or otherwise being exposed to toxic fumes. 5. Damage to the Aircraft resulting from fuel spillage onto the Aircraft. 6. Damage to the environment related to spillage while fueling of the Aircraft. 7. Damage to the airstrip, Airport lighting, the Airport fuel tank or other Airport property related to the fueling of the Aircraft or while moving or positioning the Aircraft for fueling or for any other purpose. By signing this Agreement, Owner/Operator hereby expressly acknowledges, assumes and accepts, on a continuing basis, all dangers, hazards and risks involved in connection with the fueling of the Aircraft, the moving of the Aircraft by means of an airport tug, and any related activities, whether listed above or not. Owner/Operator assumes the obligation of indemnifying the Released Parties as hereinafter defined. The Release and the Indemnity contained herein, include future acts or omissions of the Released Parties even if such are negligent on their part(s). In consideration of permission granted to the Owner/Operator to use the Airport Facilities, which are defined as including but not limited to the Airport s runway, taxi way and aprons, aircraft tug and fuel dispensing/service facilities all as such may be operated by the personnel of the Airport and /or the Released Parties or any of them ( Airport Services ), Owner/Operator hereby agree to forever discharge and release OCEAN REEF CLUB, INC. ( ORC ), OCEAN REEF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ( ORCA ), and their respective subsidiaries, affiliated entities, officers, directors, owners, shareholders, members, volunteers, employees and agents (individually, Released Party and collectively, Released Parties ) from any and all loss, cost, liability and damage that may arise out of or in connection with the use of Airport Facilities and/or Airport Services, including without limitation personal or bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, PRODUCT OR STRICT LIABILITY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE SPECIFICALLY RELEASED AND DISCHARGED BY OWNER/OPERATOR FROM ANY FUTURE NEGLIGENCE BY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR ANY RELEASED

PARTY, WHETHER PASSIVE OR ACTIVE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE AIRPORT FACILITIES AND OR THE AIRPORT SERVICES. THIS RELEASE COVERS ALL FUTURE EVENTS AND OPERATIONS OF THE AIRPORT FACILITIES AND AIRPORT SERVICES BY THE RELEASED PARTIES OR ANY OF THEM. Owner/Operator further covenants not to sue any of the Released Parties for any matter, fact or circumstance covered by the foregoing release provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, Owner / Operator shall not discharge and release any Released Party from any loss, cost, liability and damage that may arise out of or in connection with the gross negligence or willful misconduct of such Released Party. In consideration of permission to use the Airport Facilities and Airport Services, Owner/Operator hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, save and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all loss, cost, liability and damage that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the Airport Facilities and Airport Services, including without limitation PRODUCT OR STRICT LIABILITY. THE RELEASED PARTIES AND EACH OF THEM, ARE SPECIFICALLY INDEMNIFIED BY THE OWNER/OPERATOR FROM ANY FUTURE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR ANY RELEASED PARTY, WHETHER PASSIVE OR ACTIVE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE AIRPORT FACILITIES OR AIRPORT SERVICES provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, Owner /Operator shall not indemnify any Released Party from any loss, cost, liability and damage that may arise out of or in connection with the gross negligence or willful misconduct of such Released Party. The foregoing indemnity includes, but is not limited to, all damages, claims, demands, fines and attorneys fees at all levels of negotiation and proceedings. THE UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE HAS READ THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS, AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF SIGNING THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS LEGALLY BINDING ON OWNER/OPERATOR, HIS/HER/ITS HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. THIS CONTINUING RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT IS MADE AS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE AND APPLIES TO EVERY FUTURE DATE HEREAFTER WHEN THE AIRPORT FACILITIES AND /OR AIRPORT SERVICES ARE BEING USED BYTHE UNDERSIGNED..
