Mobility For Airbus Apprentices (M4AA) Exchange Program The Mobility For Airbus Apprentices program is an European intercultural program for apprentices at Airbus Germany. Via 4 Steps the apprentices have the possibility to join the Airbus family in France, Great Britain, and Spain (duration 1-12 weeks). It is a great challenge for the apprentices to acquire international work experience abroad and fulfil their own work profile. Getting independent, build up an own international network, improve language skills, strengthen individual and social competencies. For Airbus is it a benefit to have high motivated and open minded apprentices, well educated and qualified staff and being attractive for future candidates of vocational training. This program is to support and increase the international mobility inside Airbus 4 4 May 2018
