During this meeting we will reap 2010 and review what is ahead for 2011. Homeowners will also have the opportunity to vote for the two open positions on the HOA Board of Diretors. Votes may be ast at the meeting or by proxy, whih were mailed to eah owner in January. The HOA will also be sponsoring a give-away opportunity for those attending the meeting. If you are a member in good standing, your name will be entered in a raffle to have your 2011 assessments refunded. Yes, by attending the meeting & staying until the end, ONE luky resident will get a hek for $625.00! If you annot attend the Annual Meeting, remember to get your proxy into the HOA offie or send it with your neighbor to the Annual Meeting. Girl s Night Out Loa Luna Restaurant - NEW LOCATION! Saturday, February 26th Bus Departure: Promptly at 6:00 pm from Legay Grille s parking lot Return: Arrive bak to Legay Grille at 10 pm Tikets: $60 (inludes bus ride, dinner, beer, wine or sangria) Girls just want to have fun, right? And that s exatly what you an expet at this year s Girl s Night Out. Our destination is the hottest new loation of Loa Luna. Ladies, let s have some fun outside the irle. Sorry guys, this event is for LADIES ONLY! We will meet at Legay Grille s parking lot at 5:30. We will load the buses there and depart promptly at 6:00. We ll have dinner and drinks from 7:00 to 8:45, then depart at 9:00 and arrive bak at 10:00. And the fun won t end there - the Grille will be hosting a DJ so top off your night daning with your best girl friends! Tikets are limited to the first 100 ladies and are expeted to sell out, so be sure to purhase yours early. ON SALE NOW!

HOA News & Information Management & Grounds PROJECTS FOR 2011 The beginning of the year is a busy time for the HOA offie. Between olleting assessments and daily maintenane of the ommon area, we are also planning projets for 2011 and the planning has begun for these: New handrail for the stairs on both sides of the amphitheater and orretions to the erosion in that area Repair and replaement of the benhes along the walking trails Replaement of the tops of the retaining walls around the tennis ourts Paint monuments, portal entranes, and the light and sign poles on Legay Park Boulevard and Cirle Repair of the Palisades Fountain Replaement of a golf art Paint and wood rot repair at the Amphitheater and Bandstand Resealing & staining of playground sets Reoat Tennis Courts 4, 5, 8 and 9 Repaint the interior of the Clubhouse Replae the arpet inside the Clubhouse Arhitetural servies to review the Main Pool layout for possible water features in the future New lifeguard stand for Lullwater Pool If you have any questions or suggestions, please ontat Lisa Neff at the HOA offie or via e-mail at: propertymanager@legaypark.org. ELECTION REMINDERS During the eletion time, please remember that the HOA does not endorse any andidate(s). All information sent by the HOA is for running the offiial eletion. Other information may be sent by the individual andidates. The offiial forms of LP HOA ommuniation are: orrespondene on LP HOA letterhead; Legay Park Town Herald (newsletter); Legay Park website (www.legaypark.org) - whih inludes eletion information and proxies; LP HOA e-mail distribution list (maintained and ontrolled by the Property Manager). All offiial e-mails will ome from propertymanager@legaypark. org. Any other orrespondene is to be onsidered unoffiial and not affiliated with the LP HOA. It is not a violation of the Assoiation s governing douments for members (homeowners) to ampaign for Board positions or to go door to door and ollet Proxies. If you want to guarantee how your Proxy Holder will vote, you must indiate on the Proxy whih diretors you would like to vote for. Additionally, if a member hooses to distribute pre-printed and pre-designated Proxies requesting member s signatures, please ensure that you are onsidering all slated andidates as provided to you by the offiial means of ommuniation from the Legay Park HOA. Past Due Annual Assessments & Fees The bill for 2011 annual assessments was mailed out in November and was payable by January 31st. If you have not paid your assessments, you will be reeiving a late notie in the mail with a 10% fee added to your aount. Eah month that your assessments go unpaid, interest will arue on your assessment balane. For the homeowners who do not have a zero balane on their aount, the privileges for amenities usage and voting rights will be revoked. In other words, in order to attend any events or reeive 2011 amenities stikers you must have a zero balane. A list of property addresses with delinquent balanes will be published in the newsletter beginning in Marh. If you have questions regarding your delinquent balane, please feel free to all the HOA offie 770-919-2556 for more details. Club & Committee News LEGACY PARK SENIORS The Legay Park Seniors will have a Soup and Salad lunheon on February 9th. The membership will make homemade soups and salads. Feel free to sample it all! We plan on having at least five soups and salads. We will have a speaker, Jim Dunham, from Booth Western Museum in Cartersville. He is an experiened individual with a pistol and an take us bak to the times when western movies were popular. His expertise in gun handling is phenomenal and his presentation is amazing. Will say no more - you must ome and see him. The Seniors have finalized their events for the first six months of 2011 and they are: February 9th - Lunh of Soup and Salads; Marh 13th - Wine & Cheese at Clubhouse 4 pm to 7 pm ; April 13th - Panake Breakfast; May 11th - BBQ Lunh; June 8th - Pot Luk Lunheon. We are also heking into going to the Theater-On-The Square and The Strand in Marietta for theater performanes as well as going to the Smith Gilbert Gardens and Kennesaw State Conerts. More information will be available when seletions of ativities have been made.
