DAYS OUT - HOW IT WORKS 1 Finding Your Day Out 2 Booking Find the day/days out that you would like to go on and take note of the joining code next to the trip. See page 26 for your pickup point and time as you will need this when you book. We pick up from across North Lincolnshire for days out so there should be one to suit your needs. Contact us to make your booking. There are four booking options available, see page 9 for which one suits you. We require payment upfront to secure your place(s) on our days out. 3 Confirmation 4 Pick Up You will receive a booking confirmation either via email, through the post or over the counter depending on how you book your place. All our terms and conditions for Day s Out can be found on page 27. Pop a note in your diary that you re going on a great day out with us. Days Out - Terms & Conditions ADMISSIONS Admission included. JOINING POINTS & TIMES You must ensure you are at the correct departure point written on your ticket at the correct time and that you make yourself visible to the driver. RETURNING We will leave at the time stated unless the driver is aware of a good reason to change the time. DROPPING OFF Our drivers will be happy to drop you off anywhere along the return route, as long as it is safe to do so. We regret we have had to instruct our drivers not to deviate from their route. 1 st SEATING We do not offer reserved seating on our Days Out, seats are first come first served. Any passengers traveling with a friend we advise you get on at the same stop as sometimes we have more than one coach on a Day Out. CANCELLATION BY YOU If you cancel less than 48 hours before the departure date no refund will be given. Any cancellations before this will be given a refund minus 3 administration charge. CANCELLATION BY US Days Out operate subject to a sufficient number of passengers booking. If we have to cancel a Day Out you will be entitled to a full refund. 48 hours notice will be given to you by phone or other means. FORCE MAJEURE This applies to situations beyond our control: bad weather, traffic hold ups, and breakdowns etc. which prevent us from completing a Day Out as planned. In such situations which are not due to negligence we will not accept any compensation claims except part of the coach travel element should we abandon the outward journey. GROUPS If you have a group of 8 or more we will be happy to collect you all from a convenient point in the local area. You will also receive a % discount on the total amount for the group. WHEELCHAIRS/SCOOTERS We are able to carry wheelchairs and small electric scooters, but please inform us at the time of booking. REWARD POINTS Reward points have an expiry of 12 months and are only collectable on adult bookings. NO SMOKING OR VAPING Smoking and vaping are prohibited 27
