We are two young childood friends who opened the first Gelato-go on sunny Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, on January 2013. THE GELATO MARKET IN THE USA Gelato currently accounts for about 5% of the $14.3 billion U.S. ice cream market, with sales growth projected to hit 32.3% in 2016, based on data from industry source Euromonitor and Mintel. The multinational Unilever has sought to capitalize on the trend, snapping up the top-selling U.S. brand, Talenti, in 2014 and Grom in early 2016. Aside from a dip in sales from 2011 to 2013, the Gelato industry is experiencing growth. Retail sales of gelato and gelato-based novelties increased an estimated 32% over last year, compared with increases of 42% from 2014 to 2015 and 247% from 2013 to 2014.

OUR AWESOME PRODUCT We make our own Gelato base daily with fresh ingredients. Our dairy flavors use low-fat milk with cream and no butters or eggs, while our Sorbets are made with seasonal fruit and water. Differently from any other ice cream or gelato producer, our product isn t made with a stabilizing industrial base and uses only natural fats (milk and whipped cream) and fresh fruit.

WHAT S INCLUDED Discounted rates for all the Raw Material and Gelato supplies which Gelato-go has negotiated in the last 3 Years with the Key Vendors: the Franchisee will save more than 10% of Cost of Material 4 weeks of training with one of our Gelato Chef (this Training is offered in one of the existing Gelato-go Store and in case the Franchisee prefers to have the Training in his location the Housing and Food expenses will be charged separately) Support in finding and training the Franchisee Staff

WHAT S INCLUDED Monthly visit of a Gelato-go team member once the Shop is up and running to discuss and check the following: 1. The previous month results 2. The Quality of the output and service provided (they must be in line with the Gelato-go standard) 3. Any other issue the Franchisee will need to discuss in person with the Franchiser Free Marketing tools: use of the Gelato-go Web Site, E-mail addresses and all the Restaurant, Catering Companies and Hotel Networks which Gelato-go has developed in the last 3 Years.

PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2 Phase 1 Build Out Process: $24k - Support in the Site selection - Support in the Design and the Contractors selection for the Build Out - Support on site during the week (usually that is the timeframe) of the Final Inspection Phase 2 Inspection Process: $34k - Support for the first 3 months of Business - Provide additional training the selected Staff and also visiting Restaurants, Hotel and Catering Company to start the B2B Business as soon as possible.
