Registered Company No. 09181574 www.ghosthunteastanglia.co.uk facebook.com/ghosthunteastanglia twitter.com/ghosthunt01 A warm welcome to our April newsletter. We hope you had a great Easter, and plenty of Chocolate!
That Was The Month That Was. March proved to be another busy month for us, with seven events! We started off on the 4th with the first of two visits to Rougham Control Tower, just outside Bury St Edmunds. Once again, another sold out event, even though it was VERY COLD!!! It was reported as being -3'C outside, during the night! The following night, we returned to another favourite location, Kelvedon Hatch Nuclear Bunker, in Essex. Another interesting night, and one guest had the fright of his life, but it was nothing to do with he paranormal. He walked through a motion sensor, and forgot it was there! Let just say, it gave the rest of his group a good laugh!
On the 11th of March, we held our first weekender event. We offered the chance of two nights of ghost hunting, with a hotel thrown in. Both Strelly Hall and Derby Gaol (on the 12th) proved to be a success, and we are already thing about another weekender. Keep an eye on the website, www.ghosthunteastanglia.co.uk (You can also use www.ghosthunteastanglia.uk as well!). Also on the night of the 12th, team two returned to The Redoubt Fort at Harwich. One guest was stunned, when he said he thought he saw a figure walking across the room, and then the door opened on it's own!
Seven days later, we returned to Landguard Fort in Felixstowe. This location has been closed to paranormal investigations for about 15 months, but we are glad to have been aloud back in. This is a popular location, and we have two more visits here, this year. And finally for March, another visit to Rougham Control Tower. Again, another interesting evening, with all groups picking up on something. One group said they heard footsteps up in the main tower, but when we checked, no one was up there!!! Have We Got GHEA News For You. We still have places available on our April events. For more information, please visit www.ghosthunteastanglia.co.uk to see them. April has to offer... Warwick Castle is a must, and we have it on Friday the 13th of May! A castle with so much history, and so much to do with The War Of The Roses. What secrets will it give up? Just 68 per person. The Towers in Leicester is another new venue for us, and is very popular with paranormal teams. This event is 54 per person. Drakelow Tunnels is another venue for us, and we will be going underground on the 21st. This event is 30 per person.
