Each grade's list is divided into two sections. The first list of items ALL students need to bring. The second list of items is available in the Online Innisbrook Supply Pack. If your family is NOT ordering supplies online, please have your child purchase items from BOTH lists. Please note that some items will be used for multiple years so it would be wise for children to take good care of these items. Parents of students entering grades 1-8 may place orders for Online Innisbrook Supply Packs between May 15-July 24, 2015 by going to www.ordermypack.com and entering school code 103304. Supply packs will be shipped directly to the family's home and CHA will receive a small portion of the profit. We do this as a ministry to our families to help with the back-to-school process. If families would like to make a donation to assist CHA families in need, a check may be given to the CHA Office or a supply pack may be ordered online (note that it is a donation and should be sent to CHA). Important Notes - All Students: Please mark ALL items with student name unless specified differently. Students Grades 2-8: Parents will need to purchase an English Standard Version (ESV) Bible. Students in Grades 2-5 may wish to purchase a "Following Jesus Bible" (ESV version) by Crossway, which is user friendly or use an ESV Student Bible. Students in grades 6-8 will need to purchase an ESV Student "Study" Bible. If your family desires to buy only one Bible during enrollment, purchase the ESV Student Study Bible. (Discounted bibles may be purchased at Amazon.com or Christianbook.com.) Students 9-12: Bring the Bible version that you use at home. All Students in Grades K-8: Must have an extra pair of CLEAN gym shoes to keep in student's locker for Physical Education. NO open heeled shoes allowed as they are unsafe for sports activities. All Students in Grades K-12: Canvas locker organizers are sold as an 8th grade fundraiser and will be available for sale from late August until early September, or until supplies run out. There is no order form. Students just bring $24 and buy one in Room 226 (Miss Russell's room). All Students in Grades 3-8: Assignment notebooks are provided for each student. All Students in Grades 4-8: Students participate in Executive Functioning Training as part of their integrated classroom experience, which will develop organization and study skills in a structured setting. Because we want all students to use exactly the same tools, the school has purchased material, in bulk at a reduced cost. Materials include heavy duty binder, dividers, plastic pocket folder and pencil pouch. Each 4th-6th grader will be billed for the material required for this program. 7th-8th graders will be billed, but must supply their own binder. All Students in Grades 4-6: Students will need to have a recorder for music class and also a book to keep at home for practicing. Mrs. Karls does the purchasing and will send home a letter/order form after meeting with students in September to all 4th grade students and new students in grades 5-6.
