It was noted that in some driveways there is water present due to high water levels on the Lake Couchiching. -1-
Wilson Point Road Reviewed the High Float road work that was completed. Uhthoff Trail The connection of the Uhthoff Trail and Millennium Trail City of Orillia and Township of Severn boundary. Forest Wood Drive Tiki Escapes Checked on the driveway in this location to verify that Tiki Escapes has complied with Councils request to block the driveway at Forest Wood Drive. Menoke Beach Road / Thomspon Crescent The tour viewed the walkway between Menoke Beach Road and Thompson Crescent. Soules Road The tour viewed the access to the lake across from Soules Road, between 1971 Big Chief Road and 1961 Big Chief Road. Eastside Drive Staff advised that the road was resurfaced two years ago. Ardtrea Drive / Menoke Beach Road The tour viewed the future parkland and Orsi s future subdivision. Menoke Beach Road The tour viewed the lake access at Menoke Beach Road. Bayou Road The tour viewed the Road Allowance on Bayou Road. Grand Tamarac Crescent The tour viewed the right-of-way at 2627 Grand Tamarac Crescent. Knight Avenue The tour viewed the lake access at Knight Avenue. Bramshott Avenue The tour viewed the Westshore Pump Station. 3316 Turnbull Drive The tour viewed West Shore Cove. -2-
Goldstein Road The tour viewed the road allowance on Goldstein Road and Aldershott Place. Washago Washago The tour viewed the Wayfinding signs at the entry to Washago. Washago Community Centre Staff and Council toured the Washago Community Centre They discussed the upgrade requests The roof insulation was viewed. Washago Centennial Park The tour viewed the dog park, sand and the fence at the Pump Station. Parking Lot The tour viewed a parking lot in Washago. Muskoka Street The tour viewed the Prospect Services Group Home and the Spencer Property. Cambrian Road Staff advised that there will be future road work in this area. The tour viewed the MacKenzie residence and the Solar Farm. Matchedash Area Doug Smith Drive Road Allowance Informed that there continue to be parking issues. o Notified of 4 hour parking time periods. o No enforcement to rectify the issue. o Staff and Council discussed municipal parking. Severn Falls Dock Dredging The tour reviewed the dredging location and were informed of the plans as follows: o Dredging will take 2 days Needs to be stored and tested before it can be moved as long as it is not contaminated so that it may go into the municipal parking lot. o In October it is planned that the dock will be redone after the dredging. o Plans to redo wharf. o Plans to pave. This may not occur until the Spring of 2014. -3-
Riverhouse Restaurant The tour viewed the Patio that requires a 4ft. road allowance encroachment. Station 4-2060 North River Drive The tour viewed Station 4 and the following upgrades: o New training room o Expanded bay size o New washrooms Informed the tour that there is an increase in responses for requests to become volunteers in the Matchedash area. Maclean Lake Dock The tour viewed and discussed the following: o Condition of the dock and the requirements to repair and maintain the dock. o Street light repair required o Property lines o Entrance o Request for the new Township of Severn emblem to be added to the sign Solar Farm The tour viewed the solar farm. St. Amant Road The tour viewed the current Road Construction Project. Kelly s Road The tour viewed the road allowance, and the private dock that may have been erected on the road allowance. Baguley Road The tour viewed and discussed the following: o Garbage bin pickup - Common pickup versus curbside o Proposed Parking for Port Severn adjacent to Baguley Road Gloucester Estates The tour viewed and discussed that the ditching looks good and the paving of this area is not a priority. Southorn Road Viewed the road. Advised that there will be a project proposal for this road for 2014. -4-

Oro-Medonte Line 4 The tour viewed a Green Gym which includes an outdoor fitness park containing outdoor exercise equipment The tour viewed a Children s Playground at the Horseshoe Valley Memorial Park.
