PROGRAM COMPONTENTES Spanish Course The daily two-hour classes are dynamic and interactive and are taught by qualified native teachers in small groups of different levels. Students not only learn Spanish in a fun way, but they will function in this language, acquiring grammatical concepts and gastronomic and culinary vocabulary, which they apply directly in their cooking sessions. ACTIVITIES Route Tapas and Wine Tasting Make the route from the top is one of the essential to nightlife in the land of the Alhambra. This activity consists of going from to different bars for a drink and tapa (side bite). It is normal for people to enjoy evenings having some drinks and tasting the delicacies of Granadian cuisine. PROGRAM SERVICES Host Family In Granada, students live in a selected homestay. Homestay families offer students a unique experience and an excellent view of daily life and Spanish culture. Students enjoy participating in the activities of the host family and go out with their Spanish siblings and friends, shopping, or playing sports. Homestay includes full board and laundry service. Orientation In the first days of the program, CELEI offers cultural orientation that will help students to integrate into the program, the homestay and the city. Among others, the following issues are covered: components and requirements of the program, organization, logistics, schedule, health and safety, and communication standards. Visa CELEI will provide participants who need it, visa certificates in order to obtain the visa.
Medical Insurance CELEI provides health insurance for the duration of the program to cover accidents and medical assistance at an extra charge, to those who request it.
