To be held on the Friday, 2nd March to Sunday, 4th March, The Grand Convocation will take place in the Energy Capital of New Zealand, New Plymouth, Taranaki, The Grand Installation will be held in the Devon Hotel Convention Centre on Saturday, 3rd March 2018. All other functions will also be held there. ACCOMMODATION Visitors from outside New Plymouth will need to make their own accommodation arrangements for their stay in New Plymouth during the Convocation. As this event is centred around The Devon Hotel and its convention facilities, you may wish to avail yourself of the special room rate they are offered to attendees of $160 for two people per night.
