West Indies Petroleum ( WIP or the Company ) is a 100% Jamaican owned company formed in 2013 specifically to enter the bunkering market in Jamaica In order to enter the market and successfully compete, the Company: Acquired a tug and fuelling barge (with a turn-key crew) which has been registered and certified in Kingston, Jamaica Signed a supply agreement with Petrojam (state owned refinery) for the supply of bunker fuels both at the dock and at the rack (for tank truck bunkering) Secured LC s / Bank Guarantees to facilitate credit Received the requisite licenses to import and distribute fuel Today the Company has established itself as a fierce competitor in the market, supplying fuel to major shipping lines such as CMA/CGM, ZIM, Maersk, Seaboard and Sea Freight as well as to container, cargo, military vessels and cruise lines The Company is growing rapidly and is on its way to becoming the dominant player in the Jamaican bunkering market through the development of key relationships as well as the acquisition of key strategic assets in Jamaica

Why Jamaica Makes Sense Jamaica s Value Proposition

Centrally Located for Intra and Inter Island Distribution

Jamaica has Many Advantages for WIP Despite a virtual monopoly on the bunkering space for 15 years the global bunkering player viewed the space as one to keep small As the logistics hub unfolds Jamaica itself will become more attractive The scale of the Port Esquivel facility makes it attractive to global players who are seeking to establish a footprint in the region and therefore The Region has many opportunities for a nimble player focused on the niche markets that are here The industries here that support the establishment and growth of a company like WIP make Jamaica compelling Finance, HR, Proximity to the US, Technical Players on the ground The real value proposition is to create a foothold here and inch out into the wider space and take advantage of the geographical advantage of Jamaica and the competitive nuances of the space itself

Current Status, Current Initiatives and Future Plans

WIP is in Aggressive Growth Mode WIP has taken the position as the dominant player in the bunkering space WIP is exporting product to several countries in the region WIP is deepening our foothold in Jamaica through investments in bunkering and fuel infrastructure generally WIP has plans to expand the facility at Port Esquivel by 1 million barrels WIP expects to complete the terminal at Ocho Rios this summer WIP is entering markets outside of the region and is aggressively looking at acquisitions WIP has streamlined the company to facilitate our growth by significantly strengthening our Corporate Governance, Finance, Human Capital and our Balance Sheet WIP has found a large experienced deep pocketed partner which through a long term relationship we feel we can become a large and dominant player in the region within a few years
