TERMS AND CONDITIONS Party nights 1. All provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking. 2. A non-refundable, non-transferable 10.00 deposit is required per person on confirmation of the booking. 3. If a deposit is not received within 14 days, the space will be released without prior notice. 4. Final payment is due no later than 1 month prior to the event. 5. Pre orders for drinks should be with the hotel no later than 1 week prior to the event. 6. No refunds will be given for lost deposits, should your numbers reduce, the monies lost cannot be used against your final balance, wine, drinks or hotel services. 7. 100% cancellation charges apply after full pre-payment is received 8. Smaller parties may be required to share a table 9. If there are any dietary requirements, please let us know beforehand so that we can do our best to assist. 10. Radisson Blu Cardiff reserve the right to cancel an event, in this eventuality, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered. Accommodation 1. Special rates are available to stay over for our Christmas parties. Please contact our Christmas co-ordinator to make a reservation. Christmas rates are subject to availability. 2. All rooms must be guaranteed using a valid credit card. Individual bookings can be cancelled up to 4pm on the day of arrival. Any cancellations after this point will be charged. Accommodation group bookings 1. For group bookings of 10 or more, separate terms and conditions apply. For group bookings, organisers must ensure that a rooming list is supplied at least two weeks prior to arrival.
