Page: 2/14 Pursuant to article 54 clause 5 of Maritime Domain and Seaports Act ( Official Gazette" number: 158/03, 100/04, 141/06, 38/09, 123/11 and 56/16), and Article 19 clause 4 of the Statute of Port Authority Split, Management Board of Port Authority Split at its 207th session held on July 18, 2016, enacted the following: TARIFFS OF PORT DUES OF PORT AUTHORITY SPLIT Article 1 Port dues are established and published by Port Authority Split, and consist of: 1. wharfage, 2. demurrage, 3. berthing dues FIRST PART WHARFAGE Article 2 Wharfage shall be charged for a vessel which uses the port for embarkation or disembarkation of passengers, cargo and vehicles. Wharfage shall be charged for a ship/boat which uses the port for embarkation of passengers, loading and unloading of vehicles (2.3.-2.16.) and loading and discharge of cargo.

Following discounts are granted on the number of embarked passengers and on the number of loaded and unloaded vehicles in international passenger traffic: 61-90 5 % 91-150 10% 151-180 15% 181-210 20% 211-260 25% over 261 30% This refers to the number of calls of a single ship-operator during one year. The discounts apply only if the ship-operator pays the invoice within 30 days following the issuance of the invoice. 3. Wharfage for cargo vessels applies for indivisible ton of totally loaded/discharged cargo, i.e. by the sort of cargo (1.1 to 1.5). 4. Wharfage is charged according the type of cargo, per indivisible ton or piece, 5. The item (1.1.) includes crude oil, slag, clinker, coal, petroleum coke, barite, washed pyrite and concentrates, bauxite, clay, fireclay, iron and other ores, phosphates, salt, inter-magnesite, fertilizers, sulphur and all other not specified bulk cargo. 6. The item (1.2.) includes fuel oil and its derivative products, wine, alcohol, various distillates and all other not specified liquid cargo. 7. The item (1.3.) includes piece and packaged goods, timber, logs, planks, metallurgical products (ship-plates, iron rods, profiles, iron sections), bagged cargo and other not specified general cargo. 8. The item (1.4.) includes explosives and explosive cargo (solid, liquid and gaseous) and all other not specified explosive cargol 9. The item (1.5.) includes objects weighing over 15 tons a piece. 10. Wharfage for liner passenger vessels is charged according to the total number of embarked passengers (2.1.) and loaded and unloaded vehicles (2.3. 2.16.) 11. Legal and natural persons performing transport of passengers, vehicles or goods in the Port of Split shall submit to the Port Authority Split exact particulars of their traffic operations, in writing, through the Port log report. If they fail to do so, or if they submit inaccurate (quantity and quality aspect) data, dues shall be charged according to the total capacity of the vessel. Port Authority Split is entitled to control the transported passengers, vehicles and goods within the Port Authority Split dock area. For the period from July 1 to August 31 the above rates are increased by 15%.

Page: 6/14 For the period from November 1 to March 31 the above rates are reduced by 30%. 1. TARIFF PROVISIONS APPLIED TO TABLE 3. WHARFAGE FOR PASSENGER VESSELS ON CRUISING VOYAGES 1. Item (3) refers to passengers from vessels on cruising voyages or from liner vessels which call at three or more ports on their liner voyage. The dues are charged according to table 3. CRUISING VOYAGES for each indivisible day (24 hours) (item 3.1. increased by item 3.2.). Port dues are payable for 24 indivisible hours. 2. If a vessel stays at port more than 24 hours, it pays the full tariff rate charged according to item 3.1. increased by item 3.2. (the basis for calculation is indivisible day of 24 hours). An indivisible day implies the period from 00:00 to 24:00 hours. 3. The rebates are applicable only if the invoice is paid before its due date 4. Legal and natural persons performing transport of passengers, vehicles or goods in the Port of Split shall submit to Port Authority Split exact particulars of their traffic operations, in writing, through Port log report. If they fail to do so, or if they submit inaccurate (quantity and quality aspect) data, dues shall be charged according to the total capacity of the vessel. Port Authority Split is entitled to control the transported passengers, vehicles and goods within Port Authority Split dock area.

Legal and natural persons performing transport of passengers, vehicles or goods in the Port of Split shall submit to Port Authority Split exact particulars of their traffic operations, in writing, through Port log report. If they fail to do so, or if they submit inaccurate (quantity and quality aspect) data, dues shall be charged according to the total capacity of the vessel i.e. for passenger vessels on cruising voyages flying the flag of the Republic of Croatia for each indivisible day. The Port Authority Split is entitled to control the transported passengers, vehicles and goods within Port Authority Split dock area. 11. The item 5 refers only to the area of KAŠTELA BAS1N BASIN C THE BRIŽINE QUAY (EX SCRAP-YARD) BERTHS No. 1,2,3, and 4. Active fishing vessels prove their status by an official certificate issued by the Local Office of the Fishery Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishery and Rural Development in accordance with the criteria prescribed by the Decision of the Fishermen's Cooperative Friška riba" ( Fresh Fish") of Split. Active fishing vessels in possession of valid navigation certificate shall be charged the preferential price of 2 HRK per linear metre of the vessel for each day (24 hours) of their continuous stay of maximum 365 days in the port at berths 2 and 3. Page: 10/14 three times higher for the next 15 days, and after the expiry of this additional period the dues shall be six times higher than the initial one. After a vessel has stayed at berths 2 and 3 for a continuous period of 365 days, the vessel must be outside the area administered by the Port Authority Split for at least 4 days in order to be again eligible for the preferential initial berthing rate.

Vessels on cruising voyages 50% of the regular wharfage (based on GT) + 100% of the regular tariff rate (for passengers and crew members) 1.2. Port Authority Split is entitled to control the use of anchorage within its port area. 2. Legal and natural persons using the anchorage in the Port of Split shall submit to Port Authority Split exact data about the time spent on anchorage, in writing, through Port log report.

Page: 12/14 SECOND PART DEMURRAGE Article 4 Demurrage is charged for vessel which uses the port for any purpose, except for embarkation or disembarkation of passengers, cargo and vehicles. Demurrage is charged for the indivisible day and the linear metre of the vessel: upon the expiry of the time provided for by the Ordinance on Order in the Port for the performance of a port operation when the vessel uses the port for some other purpose (e.g. supply of water, fuel, deratization, etc.) upon the expiry of the time provided for the vessel's stay in the port, according to published sailing schedule 2. For all vessels in international traffic demurrage shall be charged in (Euro) and for vessels in home traffic in Croatian kuna. 3. The Port Authority Split is entitled to control the use of demurrage within its dock area. 4. In case the vessel uses the berth less than a month, dues will be charged proportionally to the time spent at the berth in such a month. 5. In case of indispensable operative relocation, the ship-operator must relocate the vessel at its own cost. 6. Legal and natural persons who use the wharf in the Port Authority Split dock area for the purpose of demurrage, shall submit to Port Authority Split exact data about the time spent on berth, in writing, through Port log report.

A yacht staying at berth for the purpose of entrance/exit control (max. 2 hours ), will be charged 50% of the rate specified under number 1. 5. For yachts over 25 m in length, the 100,00 Euro base shall be increased by 10,00 Euro extra for each additional meter of length.
