Research shows that 25 percent or more of this energy and water is wasted through inefficiencies that could be corrected through hands-on energy management driven by information on building systems and performance. By improving energy and water efficiency, multifamily homes would not only use fewer resources, but could use the savings for other programs and services. This session will explore ways to benchmark current energy and water use and find ways to reduce consumption.
