Thank you for your cooperation in agreeing to the following Lifestyle & Leisure 2018 Booking Conditions. PAYMENT CONDITIONS Payment is due in full within 7 days of booking. See flyer for payment options. Cancellation fees apply to activities and holidays upon confirmation of your attendance (by payment of deposit). Refunds are not available if you cancel activities/tours with pre-purchased tickets (such as theatre, concert or sporting events). Activities are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another date or person. Travel Insurance covers any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. It does not cover pre-existing illnesses unless declared and accepted by the company. Please contact us for a quote. Amendment fees will be charged on all activities and supported holidays if you make changes. The Mai-Wel Group requires you pay a deposit to secure your place.
