G.B. Spencer, Jr. was a member of the CCFA since 1968. He served as Fair Manager, President, and on the Board of Directors throughout those years. His daughter, Kathy Sizemore shared that the family would attend the fair every night it was open. They entered many different vegetables, canned foods, animals and crafts throughout the years. He volunteered many hours working on projects to improve the fairgrounds. He will be greatly missed by so many fair members and his friends and family. He went to our Lord on June 29, 2018. 23
