At Mai-Wel, we strive to make the process of booking and attending our activities as easy to understand and stress-free as possible. Thank you for your cooperation in agreeing to the following conditions. PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL within 7 days of booking. See flyer for payment options. CANCELLATION FEES apply to activities and holidays upon confirmation of your attendance (by payment of deposit). REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE if you cancel activities/tours with pre-purchased tickets (such as theatre, concert or sporting events). ACTIVITIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DATE OR PERSON. TRAVEL INSURANCE covers any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
