The private development, just off the top of the hig h street, is really convenient for the towns amenities yet offers peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday. The balcony doors off the living room open the out almost into the harbour and it's ever chang ing views of sailing and fishing boats. At low tide there is a small beach at the foot of the development as well as two small slipways for launching ding hies, etc. Falmouth town offers boat trips, en tertain men t, shops, bars, restaurants and 3 beaches. The beautiful tran quil Helford River with sub-tropical g ardens and secluded coves is just a 10 minute drive. This first floor property is not suitable for those with mobility issues or children under 5 years.

Despite th eir close proximity to the town, the apartments in Packet Quays are very quiet, tucked away, rig ht down on the water's edg e. To reach the Hig h Street and the start of Falmouth's town centre, you may either ascend the characterful, long, steep and uneven stone steps, or make your way round the vehicle route which is also a fairly steep incline. Once you are at the top of the Hig h Street, you proceed down the hill to the centre of the town. For this reason the property is not suitable for th ose with mobility issues.

At that stage we will have collated the owner's own holiday dates and we will be in a position to ask you to confirm your reservation and pay a 30% deposit. The balance will then be due 28 days before your holiday start date. Most of the Cornish Holiday Cottages are second homes and therefore we tend to know the owner's patterns, so we will inform you immediately if we think you are unlikely to be offered your chosen week. How to check availability Our online booking system is current to the minute, so please check online to see if your desired holiday home is available or call/email us, if you prefer. Short Breaks The majority of holiday cottages within our portfolio are open for short breaks from October to Easter. The short break tariff is generally calculated at 70% of the weekly tariff for 4 nights or less, 80% for 5 or 90% for 6 nights. (Please note that we reserve the right to consult the property owner before confirming a short break booking). How to Book (Booking is quick, easy and secure) 1. Make an online/verbal/written provisional booking. 2. To secure the booking please pay the 30% deposit, or the full rental if the booking commences within 28 days. 3. The balance is due 28 days before arrival. Reminders are not sent, but we will notify you at the time of booking, the due date for your balance. If you pay by card we will debit your card automatically on this date, so please make a note of it. 4. On receipt of the balance payment, a confirmation letter, the joining instructions and directions to the property will be sent to you. 5. Finally, turn up, kick back, relax and have a great time.
