EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE TO BORROW from GUIDE HOUSE 2014-2015: The following is a list of equipment that can be borrowed for use within Guiding. There are no deposits to be paid, but some lending incurs a small cost. Items must be returned in good condition charges will be levied for repair or replacement, as necessary. The office is open Mon/Tues/Fri from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thurs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Closed Wednesdays, weekends and stat holidays. Booking the or Trefoil Trails (Pike Lake Camp) NOTE: Info below is for Area units/districts. Different rates apply for out-of-area use contact our office. The Area website has bookings calendars posted ( under Guider Resources and Trefoil Trails via the Trefoil Trails tab on the homepage) so you may check what is available before contacting to book. Event Cost Details Notes Sleepovers Day or Evening Use Non-Guiding related use Trefoil Trails Camp $25 Use of the basement including kitchen, open areas, washrooms. TV/VCR/DVD player out at all times. Campfires and indoor tents may be booked for event. Parking lot and park at the back for games, etc. Free! $30 booking fee/site (nonrefundable) and $5/person/night: Note! 50% of booking fee paid will apply to ground fees! If your unit would like to have your enrollment/advancement ceremony, Halloween or Christmas party or just a meeting in the basement. Guiders wishing to book for non-guiding use please contact the Area office. Booking camp at Trefoil Trails, Pike Lake, is done through the office. Info regarding what is available at camp is on the website, via the Trefoil Trails tab. Bookings for September through April accepted from June 1 annually and Bookings for May through August accepted from November 15 annually. Bookings are tentative until booking fee paid payment required no later than 2 weeks before event/camp. Book in advance through the office. Book early as the space books up quickly.
