Items Raised by the Public Finished B Starkey(BS)W Watson(WW)P Huskisson(PH)Allan Griffiths (AG)P Parry(PP) S Richards(SR)I Derbyshire(IAD) R Austin (RA) family illness The minutes of the last meeting were approved unanimously and signed by the vice-chairman M56 Noise Fence Clive Davies thanked the parish clerk for updating him on the M56 noise fence issue. IAD then read out the main extract from Balfour Beatty s letter indicating that after their feasibility work, the noise fence would not represent value for money. Only 2 properties would benefit significantly and for it to be justifiable, it would need to be 8 properties. The most appropriate solution would be lower noise surfacing but the carriageway along this section means that it would not need renewing until at least 2020. Clive Davies asked to be informed if the parish council hear anything more in the future which the clerk agreed to. Dog Fouling Graham Gregson thanked the parish clerk for her work regarding this issue. Letter had been received from the Eye Vets advising that they had spoken to their employees about walking their dogs and that they had not realised they were trespassing on the field and that it wouldn t happen again. G Gregson advised that he had noticed that they weren t using the field and now had bags with them. Regarding the other 2 vehicles which visit the village on a regular basis with their dogs, the registration nos of these cars have been passed to the PCSO.
