Apartment door was forced open. Officers were dispatched to 24000 Block of Auburn Ln. (Condos) for a report of a Home Invasion. Victim states her boyfriend of four months forced her apartment door open and came into her apartment without permission. When she told him, she was calling the police he fled the scene in his Silver Toyota Camry. The male does not live at the apartment. Victim stated she did not observe a weapon on suspect but stated he is known to have his pistol on him at all times. Officers later, located suspect at his residence and he was taken into custody for Home Invasion. During the search of suspect a handgun was recovered from his waistband.

10/24/2018 2:39pm 20000 Wakedon St. Kitchen window was found unlocked and open. Officers were dispatched to the 20000 Block of Wakedon reference a possible B&E in progress. The R/P, (mother) was calling for her 15-year old daughter who was home alone. The daughter saw someone peeking through the window and knocking on the door and called her mother. Her mother then called the police to relay the information. The daughter took refuge in the bathroom and could hear people inside the house. Officer arrived on scene and observed a White SUV leaving the residence at a high rate of speed. A second Officer gave chase after the suspect vehicle. The vehicle fled south into Redford where the pursuit was terminated. A possible suspect has been developed and incident is under investigation. 10/25/2018 7:17pm 25000 Greenfield Rd. (Residential- Apartments) Apartment door was forced open. Officers were dispatched to Domestic/ Home Invasion in the 25000 Block of Greenfield Rd. (Apartment s) Victim stated her ex-boyfriend randomly showed up to her apartment, kicked in the locked door and entered her residence without permission. Victim retreated to her bedroom. The suspect followed her and assaulted her. The suspect produced a knife and threatened to slash the tires on victim s vehicle. He then left the apartment. The suspect has been identified and incident is under investigation.

Victim states sometime between 10/25/2018 @ 11:00pm- 10/26/2016 @ 12:00pm someone entered his residence through his unlocked bedroom window and took his Play Station and his Cellphone. Victim suspects two known suspects who live in the 19000 Block of Melrose. Victim and these subjects had a falling out recently. Victim stated the two would come over knock on windows and sit in his vehicle for no reason. Suspects have been identified and incident is under investigation. (Residential- Apartments) X - Impounded Manufacturer CHEVROLET Model IMPALA Color BLU - Blue Vehicle Year 2019 Body Style 4D - 4 Door State MI License Year 2019 Chevy Impala Officers were dispatched to 22000 Block of Nottingham Lane to recover a stolen vehicle for Redford Police. Officers made contact with the suspect. He stated he did not know he was supposed to return the vehicle. Someone at the dealership told him he doesn t need to return the vehicle until his vehicle is fixed. Subject currently has a vehicle being serviced at the dealership. Subject was advised and the vehicle was recovered. Sometime between 10/25/2018 @ 11:30pm- 10/26/2018 @ 1:35pm someone forced open the overhead garage door and took his 2009 Suzuki GSX-R1000. No suspect info.

RS Recovered Stolen Manufacturer CHRYLSER Model PACIFICA License No. Temp Tag Color RED - Red Vehicle Year 2006 Body Style 4D - 4 Door State XX License Year XX 2006 CHRYSLER PACIFICA Disposition ROSS TOWING Officer responded to location on a suspicious unoccupied vehicle parked in front of residence. After entering the vehicles VIN into LEIN, the query revealed the vehicle was stolen, out of Detroit. Date of Theft: 10/05/2018. During the inventory search of the vehicle, prior to impound, Officer located items of value in the center console. The items were placed into SPD Property Locker. There were no arrests, and the vehicles ignition was intact with no apparent accident damage. A LEIN message was sent to DPD notifying them of the recovery. Tips: Never leave your vehicle running unattended Park in areas where your vehicle is viewable if possible Use commercially available security devices

He had an assortment of heavy machinery tools inside the truck. The truck and tools belong to victim s company. R/P left the truck unlocked and began working on the pavement in the parking lot. R/P observed items missing from his truck and notified his supervisor and contacted the building manager. They reviewed the video surveillance of the parking lot. 2- B/M s could be seen entering his unlocked vehicle at 9:25am. No further description of the two suspects. The two suspects left in a Dark Grey Jeep. Victim advised she was expecting repair work to her dishwasher from company, so she let the subject into her home. At 3:15pm the subject left her home, advising that he would have to return because he did not have the part needed for the repair. Victim states she never saw any form of Company ID and the subject never provided her a receipt or a return time. After the subject left her home, victim noticed that her purse had been stolen. The purse had previously been on her kitchen table and was no

longer there. (Residential- Townhouses) Wallet Notes Brown Leather Men s Wallet. Be on the Look Out Highlights: Special Attention: Shots Fired Assault w/ Intent to Murder 10/26/2018 6:59pm 17000 Block of Lee St. Female resident s boyfriend and her brother got into a physical altercation in the basement of the location. The residents brother produced a gun and the female resident and her boyfriend fled the house via the front door. As the subjects were running out of the house, the female s brother fired at least one round at them. The round went through the window of the front screen door. The suspect fled the house in a southerly direction. A K-9 track was conducted as well as a search by MSP s air unit with negative results. Suspect : B/M 5-9, med/heavy build, dark complexion, bald with bushy eye brows. He was wearing a sweatshirt that is grey on the top half, black on the bottom half with a red collar and black pants. He is considered armed with a pistol. The suspect has been identified and incident is under investigation. Special Attention: Missing Person From: Loussia, Nick (Acting Chief of Police) Sent: Monday, October 22, 2018 10:28 AM Subject: Missing Person OWI- 1- Arrest 10/28/2018 2:49am Northwestern & Red River Officer observed vehicle driving at a high rate of speed on N/B M-10 near Eight Mile. The right front passenger was sticking his head out of the passenger window. The vehicle began swerving back and forth across three lanes of traffic. The front passenger was now standing up in the open sunroof. Once the vehicle cleared traffic it accelerated to speeds above the posted speed limit. The vehicle quickly exited the freeway at Evergreen. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the driver. Upon investigating the driver, it was apparent that he had been consuming intoxicants. An OWI investigation was completed and the driver was arrested for OWI. The Southfield Police Department is requesting the assistance of the public in locating Stephen Hannah, a missing person. Mr. Hannah was last seen on October 11, 2018, possibly in the area of Ten Mile and Evergreen Road in the City of Southfield. Mr. Hannah is a 67-year-old black male, 6 1 tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray track suit and black, green and orange tennis shoes. Special Attention: Larceny from Vehicle 24000 Block of Northwestern (Multi- Office Building) 10/25/2018 @ 9:25am Victim stated he parked his company work truck in the s/w corner of the parking lot. He had an assortment of heavy machinery tools inside the truck. The truck and tools belong to the company he works for. R/P left the truck unlocked and began working on the pavement in the parking lot. R/P returned to his truck, observed items missing and notified his supervisor and contacted the building manager. They reviewed the video surveillance of the parking lot. 2- B/M s could be seen entering his unlocked vehicle at 9:25am. No further description of the two suspects. The two suspects left in a Dark Grey Jeep. Possession of Marijuana/ Suspicious Circumstance- Ammo and Several Magazines for Several Different Firearms was in the Vehicle. 1- Arrest 10/24/2018 11:03pm Telegraph & M-10 Officers stopped vehicle for Traffic Violation. After approaching the driver, he stated that he had a CPL and he was armed. The driver s firearm was un-holstered and lying on the front seat. While speaking with the driver, Officers could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver consented to a search of the vehicle and was removed from the vehicle. When the driver exited the vehicle, he made admissions there was marijuana in the center console but claimed it wasn't his. The suspected marijuana was recovered and was later tested and confirmed positive. The Pistol was removed from the vehicle and numerous rounds of ammo and magazines with ammo for several different firearms were located in the vehicle. The driver also had a large sum of cash and 2 cell phones on his person. The driver was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

Officer observed vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Officer paced the vehicle at speeds well above the posted speed limit. Officer stopped the vehicle in the area of 12 Mile & Evergreen Rd. The driver couldn t produce a valid Driver s License. (Suspended) The driver was arrested for DWLS & Possession of Marijuana. A Southfield Police Evidence Technician Field Tested a sample of the suspected marijuana. It tested positive for possible presence of marijuana. Possession of Marijuana/ Warrant Arrest 10/27/2018 1:43am Evergreen Rd. & Northwestern Hwy. Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense. Upon investigating the driver, it was discovered that he had an outstanding 46th District Court Warrant for Contempt of Court & Retail Fraud. During the Officers investigation, it was also discovered that the driver was in possession of suspected marijuana. The subject was arrested and lodged.
