Business Park Welcome to the Aerohub Business Park, one of the UK s largest designated Enterprise Zones, providing planning-free development plots, rates relief and enhanced capital allowances. At the gateway, Plot 2 is currently under construction providing 2,770m² of offices and industrial units. This scheme is funded by Cornwall Council and ERDF and is due to open early 2019.
