MEMBERSHIP Customers can only apply for individual membership if they are aged 18 years or over. Children can be enrolled in the programme (so they can join a Family Travel Club) by their parents or legal guardians through openrewards.flydubai.com only. Member classification: - Adult 18 years old and above - Child 2-17 years old Corporations, partnerships, unincorporated associations or similar are not eligible. Membership is valid for every qualifying spend made within a period of 24 consecutive months. Members earn points from qualifying spends which include flydubai flights, upgrades, pre-purchased optional extras, such as excess baggage, extra legroom seats, inflight meals and inflight entertainment, as well as purchases through our programme partners (Dubai Islamic Bank at launch). PROFILE ACCESS Available online at openrewards.flydubai.com Members can: - access personal information; - view earning & spending activity; - check their preferences; - print their virtual card; - view their Travel Club; - claim points retrospectively; - manage their bookings. 0 ENROLMENT To enrol a flydubai customer, a travel partner must: (1) Go to: https://opensignup.flydubai.com/ (2) Enter the following customer details: - first & last name as stated on their passport; - date of birth; - nationality; - mobile number (including international dialling code); - valid email address. (3) Click Register. (4) The OPEN membership number will appear on your screen. Take note of this number and include this in the customer s flight booking. (5) By clicking on the Register button, an email will immediately be sent to the customer s registered email address with their OPEN membership number and a link to create a password. Customers can also apply for OPEN membership: - at openrewards.flydubai.com; - through the flydubai Customer Centre; - by visiting a flydubai Travel Shop in the UAE; - in the flydubai Business Lounge (Terminal 2); - with programme partners. Changes to personal information can also be requested through the flydubai Customer Centre.
EARNING POINTS Points can be earned when: - flights are booked with flydubai; - direct ancillary revenue services are pre-purchased at the time of booking, such as excess baggage, extra legroom seats, inflight meals and inflight entertainment; - spending with our associated programme partners. Points will be credited to the member s account 24 hours after completion of a sector and on a monthly basis with programme partners. Any change to the original flydubai flight booking that results in a change in fare will result in a change to the number of points earned. Exceptions (points are not earned for): - taxes and fees; - cancelled trips; - free companion pass; - charter flights; - reward flights where any portion of the fare is paid with points; - transactions with programme partners where any portion is paid with points. Members can claim points retrospectively (retro claims) for their previous flights with flydubai: - new members up to 30 days from the date of enrolment; - existing members up to 90 days from the date of travel (if they ve been a member for at least 90 days). Information required for air retro claims: - Booking reference - Flight number - Date of travel - Origin - Destination - Class of travel - Seat number (optional) TIER POINTS In addition to OPEN reward points, members earn tier points for flydubai revenue tickets and pre-purchased ancillary services. Tier points are only used for tier upgrades, downgrades or renewals. OPEN Gold member: - from achieving the required number of tier points, a member remains in the Gold tier for 12 months and enjoys additional travel benefits; - to maintain Gold status, members must earn a certain number of tier points over a period of 12 consecutive months. Benefits of Gold status: - Gold members earn up to 10 times the number of reward points; - Gold members can check in at flydubai Business Class counters; - Gold members can access the flydubai Business Lounge at Terminal 2, DXB.
