21 promises of the ultimate conference, meeting or event. One of a kind. One of 21 outstanding QHotels.
Question: here at, in our rambling, far-from-the-maddingcrowd country setting, do we have the relevant experience to host conferences and meetings? Answer: having hosted an average of 10 events a day every day last year which brought nearly 20,000 business types through our door we reckon we ve just about cracked it. We re only a minute from the M40, we give organisers what they want, we treat delegates like demigods and we help to create successful events which are, like us, one of a kind. 450 delegates comfortably accommodated in one suite.
Wide open spaces inside and out. If you ve always wanted to rev up the quad bike and give it some, feel free to wheel one along to. 17 acres of prime Oxfordshire countryside lie ready and waiting on our doorstep for all manner of team-building shenanigans. But if you feel the great outdoors is lacking in some essentials tables, chairs, lights, laptop projectors with screens, for example there are, by happy coincidence, 17 very well-equipped conference and meeting rooms. We can also get 17 people in the largest one, although, since the capacity is 450, they re going to rattle around a bit. As they well might, in a good way, in any one of our 154 spacious and well-appointed bedrooms. Which are especially welcome destinations when you ve fed yourself to fullness with our excellent food. 17 conference suites of all size, seating 450 theatre-style as a maximum. Versatile and spacious rooms, perfect for hosting business or social events. 17 wide open acres for team-building, including motorised events. Superb country setting only a minute from the M40, and just 14 miles from Oxford itself. 45 ways to show your body you love it. 365 compliments to the chef a year. Let s face it, a stay at without a visit to our gym and spa wouldn t just be regrettable, it would be altogether unforgiveable. Especially when you consider that there are no less than 45 premium treatments available to you in our ridiculously invigorating range, each one designed to restore your body s faith in human nature after a gruelling day in conference. If, however, you prefer punishment to pampering, then our superbly equipped gymnasium, our excellent tennis courts and our beautifully warmed indoor swimming pool provide ample opportunities to hone your already finely tuned physique. Of course, you may just decide to go completely over the top and try the whole lot, who could blame you? Day in, day out, some suitably impressed and appreciative guest always feels moved to pass on their sincere gratitude to our wonderful team of culinary experts, whose works of art are served at s Rycote Restaurant and Terrace Bar. In the former, our lavishly appointed dining surroundings and friendly, attentive staff all make for a truly memorable environment in which to savour every mouthwatering morsel. While the less formal, brasserie-style dining to be found in the Terrace Bar allows you to relax while your eyes devour the splendours contained in our menu. Of course, you could always decide to dine in the familiar comfort of your own room. In which case the ambience will be entirely up to you.

As you might expect, there are some wonderfully quaint and quintessentially English ways to pass your time after a fatiguing day at the conference. Such as a quiet punt along the Thames or a visit to The Sheldonian Theatre one of the architectural jewels of Oxford, as the European Commission described it. And further opportunities for cultural enlightenment are as numerous as you could possibly imagine. But there is another side to old Oxford. A bright, modern, creative side that comes out to play every evening. So while the name Oxford has, of course, always been synonymous around the world with education, today, going out in Oxford is nothing less than an education in itself.
