Every effort has been taken to train our staff to provide your camper with an enjoyable and enriching camp experience. Each day campers will be challenged with a variety of skill building stations and activities designed to help each player grow within that particular sport. This packet will outline your child s time at camp and provide you with detailed information on daily activities, staff and other FAQ s. You will find an Emergency Contact/Medical Information form at the end of this packet. Please print, complete, and bring to the first day of camp. Give the completed form to any TGA staff member. Please remember to apply sunscreen to your child prior to dropping them off at camp. TGA may have spray bottles on-site to reapply. If you have any questions, please contact us. In order to execute that schedule, it is important campers are dropped off on time. If you will be late or will not be attending a day of camp, please notify TGA. **TGA coaches have other programs/responsibilities after this camp, so please be respectful of their time and pick up your camper on time. If you will be late picking up your camper, please notify TGA.
Additional Camp Information: Daily Schedule* 8:00am-9:00am Before Care (if signed up) 9:00am-9:15am Camper Drop-off and Check-in 9:15am-10:30am Sports Station #1 10:30am-10:45am Break 10:45am-12:00pm Sports Station #2 12:00pm Dismissal for Half Day Campers; Lunch for Full Day Campers 12:45pm-2:00pm Sports Station #2 2:00pm-3:00pm Universal Game with All Campers 3:00pm-4:00pm After Care (if signed up) *Schedule is subject to change EQUIPMENT: Players are encouraged to bring their own tennis racquets, lacrosse sticks, and golf clubs, however, TGA provides all equipment necessary for the camp. If your camper does bring their own equipment, please clearly label it with their name. SPORTS: Campers will have the opportunity to participate in the following sports: Golf Tennis Flag Football Cheerleading Ultimate Frisbee Volleyball Lacrosse APPAREL / ACCESSORIES: Campers are required to wear closed-toed, comfortable shoes. Hats or visors are recommended in addition to sunscreen. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Camp is rain or shine, as we will be inside if there is inclement weather.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: Please pack your child a snack and water. It never hurts to pack extra of each. If your camper is going for the full day be sure to pack a lunch in an insulated cooler. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: In the event of rain or excessive heat, indoor facilities are available and activities have been planned as to not interrupt the camp experience. Please note that there are no refunds for missed days and TGA camp takes place on all days regardless of the weather. ABSENCES: Absence from camp is not eligible for a credit or future day of camp. BEHAVIORAL ISSUES: In order to create a positive experience for every camper, TGA staff occasionally has to employ the following: 1 st Warning Speak with child 2 nd Warning Removal from activity 3 rd Warning Phone call to parent 4 th Warning Meeting with parent & child 5 th Warning Dismissal from camp (no refund) Get ready for an exciting week of sports, building friendships and creating great memories!
